Refusal to honor terms (now with a lying response from SBC)
I placed an order on Alibaba on 10/19/2021. The cashback never became pending. The order isn’t missing. It is completed and delivered. No ad blockers or extensions were installed at the time of clicking through. All terms were read and complied with. The company has simply decided to stop responding to any and all follow ups (over the course of months).
I have asked for specific references to the Terms and Conditions that are applicable to this situation and all answers have been pivots or dodges. Essentially, the responses given to date are tantamount to, if SimplyBestCoupons.com fails to properly log a transaction (on *their* end), the end user is the one is punished.
Absolute joke of a company and customer service team and I am suspicious of these other positive reviews (note that a large number of the positive reviews are all within a short time period).
EDIT (in response to SBC's comment below):
1) Realize that the answer provided below is the first response provided approximately 4 months (last response being on our around October 25, 2021 and I followed up multiple times per week).
2) Again, no specific T&C has been referenced. This omission is purposeful. The only referenced screenshot to date relates to how SimplyBestCoupons.com is unable to accept inquiries regarding "missing orders". Missing orders is not defined anywhere (and I have been given no definition). In no way is it clear (nor would a reasonable person interpret) that that is in reference to *poor tracking from SBC* as opposed to relating to a missing order from the shop the end user purchased from. Query how it would ever be possible for a customer to get the cash back if this is the policy?
3) "This could be cookie blockers, security software, other browser extensions or simply cashback was activated late in the purchase process and ***that's why you didn't get it***" (emphasis added). This is BLATANTLY UNTRUE and an actual lie. A bit shocking to do on a public forum, but I digress. I used a *vanilla, up-to-date version of Chrome* and, as I stated in the review and repeatedly over the *months* of trying to resolve this, that no ad blockers or extensions were installed at the time of clicking through. I use other cashback sites regularly (GivingAssistant, Swagbucks, etc.) without ANY problems, whatsoever.
4) "As I said already - we would be happy to help you with Alibaba order troubleshooting. I am pretty sure you will be super happy with that." Why would I be happy with dealing with a customer service team that proves to be actively hostile, fails to read documentation and be responsive, and when I am already due a couple hundred dollars?
Absolutely embarrassing.

As a side note - all positive reviews are "verified" reviews, done via "Automatic Invitation" process of Trust Pilot.
Only real customer reviews are marked as "verified".
Whereas "Organic" could be left by anyone.
All "Automatic Invitations" will be within short period of time around 1st of each month - that's when we send our cashback payments, and that exactly when Trust Pilot asks for reviews from people who just received their payment.
