Very good service they respond right away

I bought an electronic logging device (ELD), but I didn't read the terms and conditions carefully. I called them to return the device, but they told me that once purchased, there are no returns. The device is still in its sealed box, it's brand new. These small companies work for larger companies, so my recommendation is to contract with larger companies (Triumph Business Capital; RTS Financial; TAFS; OTR Solutions (they work for this company).

I really thought Simplex Miami was going to be helpful for my company. I gave 1 star because they at least helped me for my audit. I have 5 trucks. They also charged me $30 monthly per driver and including myself was suppose to provide small trainings to help with growth and knowledge to help your business. Not 1 of my drivers received a call or training videos like they said. All of a sudden you get a bill and it's like for what you guys didn'tdo anything?! Multiple months later nothing but you paying per driver and NO additional services was given but they want to take your hard earned money for free. They will give you nothing but excuses. Beware! Don't trust it pay only for what you need, otherwise you will pay monthly and be very disappointed that they are winning taking people money and not providing the service that they said you will get. They apologize and have the nerve to agree but don't want to give you your money back. Crazy and sad. We just want good service and pay for it, simple
