This is the second time I have used LoadMaster and the service is amazing. Truck driver was professional and kept me informed of the time for pick up and drop off. It was easy to set up the pick up and delivery. I have no complaints and will definitely use this same company in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They subcontract out the work and clearly don’t vet the process. We ended up with a disgruntled driver screaming in our parking lot because he hadn’t yet gotten paid, we were terrified and he traumatized a young man that lives near us that has autism. This was all after the company told us we could pay with a credit card and then they’d turn around and pay the subcontracted driver on our behalf. Well that didn’t happen prior to delivery (for obvious reasons) and the company said the driver knew, the driver said he didn’t know, and so on and so forth. They then turned around and asked us to just pay the driver and they would refund us the credit charge. We didn’t have the cash to pay so we just had to wait it out (mind you it’s almost midnight). The driver also damaged our vehicle, lied about it, and tried to blame the dealership we got the vehicle from. We’re in the process of having it repaired and they’ve dragged it on for almost two weeks, having us jump through hoops to get an estimate only to be told to put in a claim…why not just send us to claims immediately so as to not continue to waste our time? And whoever David is, the way he talks to people I have to assume he’s the owner because I can’t imagine that someone who wants to keep their job would respond to emails like that. Just seems like the burden has continued to be put on us, doubt we’ll ever get the damage covered.

First time I had to schedule a large vehicle pick-up and delivery, and with so many companies calling and texting me, I was nervous about choosing the right company for the job. I spent 7 hours reading reviews on so many other companies, and came across Loadmaster Group Inc. Most of the reviews were 5 star, so I booked with them. So glad I did! Kay was spectacular! She was kind and very responsive with all my questions. Jasmin was also fantastic with communicating all the delivery details. Our driver was exceptional too! All the hours I spent on reviews was worth it. I would definitely book with Loadmaster Group Inc. again.

It’s now been 20 days and no one has picked up my car. I now know their scheme - bid it cheap but if they can’t find a driver at that rate they send autogenerated responses until you go away, give up, etc. I would avoid this shipper- if the price is too good to be true beware!!!!

I was a bit skeptical at first about using this company, I went through shiply this company had the best rates and communicated effectively throughout my entire process. I did request for a refund from shiply and still haven’t received it still waiting. But overall loadmaster was great even with the small mishap they called to verify the problem to move forward.
