Needed back up and got it quick and with minimum charge

Great support with a recent Magento 2 upgrade from version 1 went above and beyond to ensure a smooth upgrade.

This company claims to be "Magento Experts", beware they are not.
They cannot help with anything other than basic Magento issues which concern hosting, they are not developers and cannot help with platform issues.
Magento 2 is not a stable platform, you will have issues trying to use it.
Better of sticking to Shopify which has dedicated staff who know what they are talking about

SimpleServers have been very responsive in trying to investigate why our WooCommerce payments have been stalling, and in the end found an issue in the logs that helped pinpoint how we could fix this critical problem.

I have had no problems with Simple Servers, they have always been very responsive and helpful with any issue, or enquires.

Great Tech Support

The Technical support team where superb in helping and eventually fixing a very tricky problem - great service.

I've dealt with a number of hosting companies over the years and to be honest I have found most to be cumbersome and frustrating to talk to. Simple Servers are a complete exception to the rule - the product administration is simple and their support service is first class. Other tech companies should take note of their excellence as much could be learned.

This has to be one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Helpful, professional, timely, - so easy and hassle free to deal with

Whoever said these guys don't know what they're doing is so wrong!
I've submitted several help requests since I joined about a week ago and the response and service I received was impeccable!

These guys certainly do know their stuff and if it wasn't for their excellent support and patience, I'd be in a mess with my website right now.

Really can't fault the wonderful support I've received so far. 10/10.

I had my 2 other domains hosted elsewhere but just because of very helpful support I had received in last one year I decided to move to
HostingUK and I must say it was very pleasant experience. The tech support is outstanding, Courteous and professional and keep you posted with the smtickets if logged for help. I Iook forward to have more domains Hosted with them in future.

Great service! Great Support!

I've reached the end of my tether with these guys! Their Suport team are absolutely clueless!!
We have contacted them a number of times with queries ranging from simple Magento setup, to system specific issues, to upgrades, to redirects... You can only get them via email and it takes ages for them to reply (7hrs+!!). Each and every time they do reply they have shown a complete lack of understanding of even the simplest of issues that they proport to be experts in. Their stock response of "contact your developer" or the latest "we have limited support in coding issues" (relating to server specifics) shows a fundamental lack of understanding of even the basic principles of server managment!!
We went with Simple as we wanted a stable dedicated server, optimised for our Magento store with a support team who know the Magento application, after being with Fasthosts who (while far more technically adept - and I cannot believe I'm saying that!!) did not seem to know anything about the specific technicalities of setting up and running Magento 2...
If it weren't for the headaches of finding and transferring away we would be long gone by now....
I would say avoid like the plague unless you have complete understanding of the server platform, require zero support and enjoy surly uncooperative tecnicians!!!
