Every time I've had an issue, they've responded within a few minutes and either got it fixed immediately or helped me do it myself. Probably the best customer service I've experienced anywhere if I'm honest. Customer care done right.

From the beginning Simply Servers have been helpful and any questions have been answered quickly. The couple issues with the server have been sorted within a very short time and the system has been rock solid, what more do you need from your service provider.

I have now been using these guys for aver 4 years. I thought initially that the hosting, even though it claimed to dedicated toMagento was quite expensive. However - with hosting you really do get what yiu pay for an Simple are worth every penny. What you get is stability, performance and a level of support that I have not seen before - at 4am when things have gone wrong they are there answering tickets, the level of specific Magento knowledge is impressive and they have helped me with problems that are not of their making. good hosting and great service, but getting bit expensive and are no longer market leaders or innovative in their offering as they are now part of a much larger organisation called IOMART

I had an issue with my SSL certificate and raised a ticket using the support system. My ticket was picked up rather quickly by Elena Michael.

The issue was resolved within 24 hours. I do not normally write reviews, but in this case I have made an exception, As Elena is the exception! Well Done, its refreshing to receive support like this nowadays!

If there is an option to leave a review without "stars" I would do it with no hesitation.
As a Hosting .... as long as it works it works but in case of even slightest issue ... no support, tickets not answered for hours and hours. If you want use Magento 2 .... better not on this Hosting.
They call themselves "Magento experts" .... well maybe but definitely NOT Magento EXPERTS but more like "Magento ex-perks".
Please if you do not want kill your business, avoid this hosting.

There I was, at 6pm on a Friday afternoon with a broken server and absolutely zero technical ability to fix it!!! Out of office hours I expected a weekend of hell, however, on a whim I sent off a ticket to simple servers marked 'critical'...enter Noel stage left, my Knight in Shining armour who fixed the problem within fifteen minutes and got my business back to functioning again! Hooray!

Although Noel distinguished himself the entire support team are friendly and incredibly helpful, with Clement and Vincent sticking in my mind as always going the extra mile. They are patient even with a total tech novice like myself and if their eyes do roll at the stupidity of my questions they never let that exasperation show in a reply! Simple Servers are a great team to have in your corner, and I cannot recommend them highly enough

The staff at SimpleServers is quite helpful. Unlike some hosting providers/support companies that you need to provide step-by-step on how to do stuff, the SimpleServer staff is able to quickly execute SysAdmin tasks based on high-level instructions.

Super recommend if you don't want to spend time faffing around with server configuration.

Late on a Friday afternoon is not the best time for users to start reporting a problem on one of our production web sites. Once more, the Simple Servers technical department has rallied round and sorted things out. Brilliant service!

Yet again Simple Servers have left us offline for hours without an explanation. I would urge anyone to either move away from this company and definately do not use them!
We want to run our businesses without the worry of being offline and damaging the business.

Moved to SimpleServer from Fasthosts and never looked back !!! Simple is a great company
