I spent £1200 on a will and trust fund set up about 3 years ago, documents came with incorrect information, contacted them about it. Never heard from them again. Crooks , thieves and fraudsters.
Stay away from them.
After your reply my opinion of Similar Law has not changed.

Not a bad experience
Was able to pay over 4 months which helped
Seemed to push us to purchase the more expensive trust will
But something we did not want
Will came within three weeks
All correct and professionally done

Every member of the team that i've met or spoken to on the phone have been extremely pleasant, kind and reassuring through the whole process. They have been upfront and honest and guided me safely through the whole process allowing me to make the right choices to suit my needs. I feel very confident with the decision I made, knowing that my Will has been arranged. Such a great team. Well done 👏

Made my Will but when I asked for advice on a particular subject, I was told they could not give me advice, so not particularly happy

Our representative Shane Mason from Simpler Law was very good. Very Clear and precise in his communication, and conducted the whole session in a friendly but professional manner with a bit of light hearted banter thrown in. Made the whole experience enjoyable. My enquiry was very quick for someone to call me back and arrange a phone consultation. Joe our advisor was very nice and helpful he informed us about how to make a will and how it works works to suit us and asked if we were happy to go ahead.

We had a phone call , updating my husband and I 's wills also putting in place our power of attorney.
