A Good Experience
I found Simple Liquidations to be easy and effective. I had a deadline to meet and the company made sure my company was liquidated within that deadline. The policy of reducing the balance sheet to zero by paying out available funds meant that we got the money much more quickly than was likely from the alternative liquidators who provided quotes. Also the associated legal fees were much lower (£50 vs £1,200)

Good company to deal with.
Overall a good experience. I was offered a very competitive price for liquidating. The initial service and guidance was very good. If I was to be critical I would say that there was a period of time when I didn't know what was happening and some proactive comms might have been handy for someone not familiar with the process. However, I was able to pick up the phone and get the answers I needed and once things were well underway things were communicated well.

Really glad I chose Simple Liquidation
