Quick delivery, helpful customer service and excellent quality

Ordered 1 month ago, freight company failed to deliver my items.
Simple deals saying it’s been delivered. I don’t have my products and I don’t have a refund.
So many consumers laws being broken.
Pathetic service and 3rd rate .
100% do not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would! I bought a dining table and 6 chairs at the end of Feb this year and what I received is terrible! I get this is a cheaper way to buy furniture but there is cheap and there is just unacceptable quality! When I received the table the box was all damaged took it out and the leg has a split in the timber and chips out of the legs. I emailed them telling them but said I would keep it as I did not want the hassle of returning it. After thinking about it some more I changed my mind and sent another email saying I wanted a refund because why should I be stuck with something I'm not happy with and is damaged. I've sent 4 emails now and have not gotten one reply!! Despicable disgusting customer service! The description of the table and chairs is completely false it says solid timber for table and does not tell you it's in two pieces.. And says sturdy metal frame for chairs. Couldn't be further from the truth. The table is not only damaged but is that light it moves across the floor when you touch it. And I have one good chair out of 6, none of the legs sit on the ground they all wobble, and the backing is completely loose! And so uncomfortable barely any cushion in them at all. Absolutely disgusted they just ignore there customers. I will not buy from here again!!

I am very satisfied with the makeup table that I bought from the company. I wanted a good quality makeup table for myself with affordable price. And here I got. Their service was good. I was given 2-3 days to get my product and surely, within 2 days I received it.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I got 2 of the 14 screw bolt instead of 1 14screwbolt and 1 15screwbolt. So I to buy the 15 screwbolt myself

I made an order but haven't received confirmation, it's been paid for...I've sent emails wit showing payment.
No one getting back to me...I'd never purchase from them again after the worst online purchase experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by this website. I bought a cat tower and it arrived fast! The materials are durable and very sturdy.

My cat is in heaven and I'm extremely happy about the price/quality. Definitly recommend!
