I have got so many earrings and other jewellery from silver rain - they are so well made, unique, inexpensive and look fabulous. I’ve now got an earring obsession!

The customer service at Silver Rain Silver is absolutely amazing! I ordered 2 sets of screw ball earrings which were too small, I e-mailed them and they immediately exchanged them for a longer flat back bar. The service is brilliant and I would highly recommend them. I love my new earrings, excellent quality, excellent price. I will definitely be ordering more very soon. Thank you to everyone who has supported me at Silver Rain.

Bought 4 sets of flat back earrings from Silver Rain. They arrived promptly, were beautifully packaged and they’re all great quality earrings- would highly recommend!

Not a good experience.
I was disappointed with the customer service, I ordered several items as Christmas presents and when they dispatched them they decided one was out of stock. Instead of ringing me to see if I wanted an alternative design they just cancelled the item. This left me without a gift and it was still for sale on their website and Etsy shop. They obviously don't mind disappointing their customers.
On gifting them, every recipient has had sore ears. Never had a reaction before so I'm not sure what's in these earrings but we all have red and swollen ears after wearing them. Don't recommend at all

I do love the silver rain earrings. Simple and good quality and I have recently bought the matching necklace. They are prompt to post and I have just dealt with the customer service team and Chloe was a star.

Thrilled with the pieces I ordered. They’re absolutely beautiful, so well made and designed. Don’t think I’ll order from anyone else again! Delivery was crazy fast for Christmas week too. And the prices are so affordable. Highly recommended. X

My tween girls recently got there ears pierced and Silver Rain products are definitely a favourite. The designs are beautiful and the high quality means that the earrings don't irritate the piercings.
Customer Service is also fantastic. Purchases are dispatched quickly and when needed to exchange an item (due to my own error), the team were quuck to respond and extremely helpful.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I purchased a pair of earrings and one of them had a dodgy clasp. I got in touch and within an hour a lovely lady called Chloe said she'd send a new pair out. No need for exchange. They arrived a few days later. Thank you 😊

I placed an order for earrings after seeing an advert on Facebook. There was a discount code for 10 % off as a new customer. I ordered 10 pairs of earrings and some gift boxes. I have received my parcel today, two days after ordering. The earrings are beautiful and the packaging and gift boxes are lovely. These will be Christmas presents and I will be happy to give them as gifts as they are so beautiful. Amazing service, thank you. I look forward to making many more orders in future.

Lovely quirky earrings! I buy from this company, because they do earrings with a ball on the back. My daughter is autistic and has sensory issues with textures and pressure on her skin - these earrings enable her to enjoy something pretty whilst also being comfortable for her.

2nd time buying from silverrainsilver, first pair i lost (i still mourn the loss daily as they were the first earrings that didn't tarnish nor give me a reaction after wearing them daily..rip starbust earrings u will be missed) and just bought a second pair for graduation!! tested them and still no reaction and they look beautiful. since i'm UK-based the delivery was quick; i believe it took 3 days or so. i had no issues with the butterfly backings, and they're always comfortable to wear :) can't wait to buy more from them again. I have bought both from Etsy store and the official website with no issues with both!

Bought via Not on the High Street (not the best experience) but the item came from Silver Rain and I am delighted with the earrings. They arrived in good time, well packaged and they are beautiful. I shall be investigating the company site and will buy direct in future if possible.

I've ordered eight pieces from Silver Rain and I love each and every one of them. The jewellery is great quality, beautiful, and can be worn on a daily basis with no tarnishing. Delivery has always been swift too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for affordable, high quality, sterling silver jewellery.

I really like their jewellery. They always arrive on time and I like the designs. I have quite a few pieces now that I interchange. They look feminine and pretty. I'm loving the highland cow two tone earrings. They look great on :) The little choker chains look lush with a T-shirt and jeans or an open neck work shirt. They twinkle in the sun and look quite classy. Understated but elegant. I get lots of compliments.

The jewellery is excellently made and the designs are great. I have ordered several times and was very pleased with the jewellery received. When I did have a slight issue I completed the online form and they got back to me the same day, sent out a replacement which I received quickly - can’t fault the customer service. I think the pricing is very competitive and actually prefer this jewellery to more well known, over priced, silver retailers on the high street. Have recommended to family and friends.
