I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. About a year ago, something went wrong with the shipping of my order, and my package was returned. I thought, "No problem, I'll just request a refund and it will be resolved." Nothing could have been further from the truth.
Despite numerous attempts to contact you and countless promises made to me, I never received my money back. Every time, I was told it would be "resolved soon," but nothing happened. A year later, after endless patience, I suddenly received a message stating that "a mistake had been made" and that they wanted to refund the amount, only via PayPal. A service I do not use and will never use.

I usually don’t write reviews, but in this case I feel it’s important to share my experience.
First, I want to mention a positive point: Silksilky’s customer service was helpful and assisted me through the return process.
However, I purchased two skirts and tops from them and the quality was disappointing. At first glance, the items looked similar to fast-fashion quality. The fabric felt thin, wrinkled, and had a noticeable plastic-like smell.
What confused me was that the products came with certification cards claiming they were 100% silk. However, one of the skirts I ordered turned out to be 95% silk and 5% spandex, so not all items are actually 100% mulberry silk as expected.
After purchasing, I even took the items to my tailor, who also confirmed that the quality did not feel like genuine silk.
Overall, I would advise others to be cautious and double-check product details before assuming all items are made from real silk.

When I received my duvet cover bed set…
When I received my duvet cover bed set the pillowcases did not fit. I contacted customer services and they were extremely helpful. I returned the pillowcases and within five days I received the replacements. The whole bed set is beautiful and wonderful to sleep in. I also received today a refund because the new pillowcases were cheaper.
All in all a fantastic company to deal with and a brilliant product. Thankyou.

Terrible quality
This is honestly one of the worst quality garments I’ve ever purchased.
After just one night, the strap completely broke off. That alone says everything about the craftsmanship. But it gets worse — after a gentle hand wash (using shampoo, exactly as recommended for silk), the fabric started fraying and literally falling apart at the seams.
This is not what real silk quality looks like. The stitching is extremely poor, and the entire piece feels cheaply made despite being marketed as premium.
For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. It’s not just disappointing — it feels like a complete waste of money.

Blouse was packed in a very small envelope, completely wrinkled
The blouse was package in a very small package, so was terribly wrinkled when I took it out, not just some wrinkles, the entire blouse was crunched up and wrinkled. I would suggest when you ship a silk blouse you ship it in a box, not crammed in a small shipping bag, so when received its not a million wrinkles. I had to have it dry cleaned asap as I planned on wearing to a celebration of life.
I like the silk blouse, but would not buy from you again, unless you improve on how you pack and send your items!!
