Cheats!! False time lines and no tracking info. It only shows it reached some sorting facility and no tracking after that. I've placed an order almost a month back and no idea when exactly it will come. Don't use this website. Fraudulent.

Great experience with silkrute. My delivery was a bit delayed due to customs however the silkrute team were around the clock accessible via email and delivered excellent customer service.

Silkrute is a large webshop in India. They have lots of products , a wide selection of brands . I ordered from overseas , and received my shipment after two weeks or so. I was satisfied with the process so I ordered more products . However, then I noticed that the prices shown in my account vs the prices shown in the shop when I added the products to my shopping cart were different. What I was charged for each product was about 10-20% higher than what I was shown initially . However I was not charged for shipping ( not sure if shipping becomes free above a certain amount ) I also noticed, there were no links to the products in my order page in my account, nor even the names of the products , only the order number and the price., in the simplest of web design. I contacted customer service but they expected me to confirm and explain all the details to them , they never checked for this themselves , they would make me wait for a day while referring me to someone else to talk to who did not read the whole conversation, and didn’t really know what I was talking about . I finally got tired of explaining as I wasn’t getting any helpful answers, while they kept asking me to send screenshots , then they could not sort out the screenshots and got confused over the order numbers…. And no, the dollar exchange rate doesn’t hop up and down by 20% in ten minutes , so the problem surely isn’t a changing exchange rate .
Anyway, I may order again as they have a lot of interesting products but brace yourself for their customer service if you have any questions . Or want to check on their page what exactly you ordered, it’ takes some detective work without the names and the links . I told them to improve the web design for the account page and add names and links, but they simply ignored that request.

Your service is so slow. It has been a month for me. I ordered the eating card and it has not yet reached home

Ordered 25 July now 10Sept and still waiting - poor communication and no feedback at all - would not recommend

It is a real experience of trust and patience in oneself and in others, which evolves to a degree of human value which is beyond the commercial stage, because despite the wait there is assurance as the orders are reunited. Especially since India is not the next door, but skills and perseverance end up triumphing, thank you to the teams and good luck to all. I am so happy to have my orders after two months of waiting that I have not even been able to open my package since September 1st. That is to say, I recommend you, but patience.

I recently made my first order in July 2025 from this website and I am so happy that I did. Although the delivery timescale was a bit long, I was worried that I wouldn't receive my order.
I was very happy with the excellent products I received and I am just going to be re-ordering for the second time!

Nearly 1 month for shipping ,obviously not a UK company then like we're lead to believe?? Not only that but I bought the pee safe anti chafe stick and not only does it not really do its job but the product is that soft that it came off in the lid and not in the body so cannot apply it properly😡 think i will go back to using body glide.

I live in the UK, and I buy most of my Indian products from this silkrute website, most trustworthy and reliable company. I highly recommend this website for authentic Indian products.

I ordered homeopathic medicines more than once, the quality of the medicines is satisfactory, customer service is really good too. The only thing they need to improve is the delivery options, there should be an option of a faster delivery in addition to the regular delivery. Overall I'm satisfied with their service and would definitely order again.

I replaced order 31st of July 2025, after nearly one month ,28th of August i got my medicine, now I want to say my experience is good with this company, thank you, I will again replace order soon, thanks again.

It s safe website I receive order, and 1 time customs resend india and support refund immefiatly. You order frim india so it s about 1 month to receive to occident (faster if you want pay more on shipping)...

I ordered a few things from Silkrute on the 20th of July. Did not get any link for proper tracking, so after 5 weeks wait, I thought this site was a scam. I sent an email to the support team, and they asked me to be patient as there were some issues with the customs. On the 6th week after ordering I got a WhatsApp message about the status of my order and the kept letting me know exactly where the parcel was. I received the goods in good state and happy with that . Silkrute guys should pack the good well next time.

I ordered office supplies, pens - ballpoints and gels, and the are all high quality and very smooth ink.
When I had issues tracking after the package entered the US, they told me how to track without using my phone number.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my pens and the customer service. Both are top tier!

They have a good variety of products & customer service was exceptional, good deals on a lot of products, will buy from them again. I would recommend them, thanks to the customer service of Silkrute as they rectify the shipping problem.

I bought beard oil from Silkrute that was close to its expiry date. It was manufactured in April/May 2024, I received it in July 2025, and it will expire in April/May 2026, even though it had a “best before” of 24 months. When I posted a negative review, I instantly got a WhatsApp message. At first, I thought it was a scam, but later I found out it was from Silkrute’s official team.

They offered me a choice between receiving two bottles for free or getting a refund. I chose the refund, and I’m very happy with their customer service.

Earlier, when I contacted them through email, they had only offered me a 10% discount. However, after posting the review, they took proper action and gave me better options.

Overall, it was a really nice experience. I’ll definitely buy more products from them in the future and will also recommend Silkrute to my close ones.
