Not bad service. Overseas shipping must be processed quickly due to long delivery timelines.

Ordered a couple of items online. Status update on order processing will good. I got to know the status onky after I followed up. Then a tracking link was shared.
Though I am told that shipping will take a 2-3 weeks, in todays fast shipping era, overseas delivery must be processed quickly to maintain customer expectations. At least providing tracking e-mail would console. Rest all is good.

I would say I was unfortunate to order…

I would say I was unfortunate to order from this company. Paid for some herbal hair products since sept 3, 2025. My tracking number is 354850, I’m yet to recieve my order, reached out after weeks and was told my package was damaged in transit and had to be returned. I was told I would recieve my new order 20 days from the day I reached out. Tracking is useless, messages are not responded to. I utterly regret ordering from these guys !

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever.
Their online chat service takes 12-24hrs to reply to a query. They charged me for a product which is out of stock and only told me about that after I contacted them. When asked if they could send me the same product in different sizes that are available on their website, the agent responded "We are not manufacturers, we are suppliers". They don't know what products they sell, whether they are in stock or no and neither they will update these details on their website.
Waste of time and waste of money.
I wouldn't recommend this website to buy, they may have so many products on it but who knows what they really got.

Silkrute to Australia

I purchased some items from Silkrute that wasn’t available in Australia. Although tracking wasn’t available after it departed India I’m please that it arrived few weeks later. Silkrute customer service via WhatsApp was very good. Overall a good experience & would use again.

One of the WORST companies to ever…

One of the WORST companies to ever order from. I placed two separate orders in the first week of August. They supposedly shipped the items, but 2 weeks into shipping, it shows that my items were “canceled” in the tracking system. This is after their suggested waiting period of “15-20 days”. I reached out to them, and they said that they will send it again. It’s been two months, I’m without my items, no refund, and nothing has happened. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SILKRUTE.

Silkrute has great collection and great price. I always buy things from there for herbal products. Whenever I have any issues with order, they resolve issue quickly through Whatsapp communication. Very helpful and prompt replies. Products are great quality as well.

I don’t understand how it’s been almost…

I don’t understand how it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t been provided with any shipping details. When I contacted your WhatsApp support, they told me the order was delivered. But when I checked, the only DHL tracking I saw showed “delivered” in Boston, Massachusetts, which is not my location. On my order page, there are no DHL details at all. How is this even possible?

When you reply to a customer, at the very least, you should verify the order number before giving such responses. I’ve been waiting for my product for a month now. I paid around $60 for just 2kg of flour, and instead of service, I’m only facing frustration. If there was a tariff issue, why did you accept the order in the first place? And if you did, then at least provide proper updates instead of giving wrong details and causing unnecessary stress to your customers.

My order arrived damaged. They told me it was still usable and offered a 15% refund. I requested a full refund or replacement. They refused. I am now having to get my bank to recall the transaction.

My order did not come through so I contacted Mohit Singla and he was most helpful and silk route refunded my money without complaint . The service was excellent and no issues with the refund . Appreciated Mohit , your side was excellent. Pity I never received the product but not your fault.

Don't buy if being shipped from India!

Goods from India almost impossible to track. They use barcodes that most courier companies cannot scan so tracking is non-existent after it hits customs in India. Also the shipping takes months and their return policy is 7 days. What a joke. Parcel eventually arrived after 2 months+ but my courier advises these parcels are usually rejected because being unable to scan them means the courier doesn't get paid. Quality of items finally received not good either and looks largely inedible and will now be thrown in the bin, so giant waste of time and money all round. Would not recommend this site at all and will never use again.
