What a rubbish company.I was asked to…

What a rubbish company.I was asked to return my package which I did and then they suggested it had not been received. I was just asked to return by Royal Mail which I did but then they asked why I didn’t pay to have it tracked. They didn’t ask me to return by tracking and deny receiving it and refuse a refund.What a rubbish companyDO NOT BUY from THEM

Wish I had read these reviews first. Was duped into buying 3 bras in the end, with half price offer at checkout. Feel so stupid! When they eventually arrived, they were substandard, uncomfortable and cheap looking. Way over priced for what they are. Tried sending back, No packing slip no receipt came with order. Marlon in customer services helpful to a point. Eventually with some digging found the return address in Singapore Posted off at a cost of £15 (I know, what was I thinking!) Was thinking Yay at least will recoup some of the original cost. No. Royal Mail returned package to me 2 weeks later and address not known! I’m cross with myself. DO NOT BUY.

If only I could give zero stars

If I could give them zero stars I would. The product is absolutely rubbish, and the customer service is even worse. I asked to return the bra, they asked me for proof that it wasn't suitable so I sent them a photo of me wearing it (embarrassingly). I got one email back saying they would process the refund if I sent it back. Then I got another email saying they wouldn't refund me as I had worn the item! I sent them back with them eventually agreeing a refund, but they claim now not to have received it so have not issued a refund. Utterly awful, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Why didn't I read this first?!?!!

Why didn't I read this first?!?!!? The website doesn't even exist!!!! ... just try it!

Ordered my bras three months ago... still nothing. I think its mostly a scam.. if I click on the link in their email which says the order is ready to ship and they will notify me when it will be sent (which they did not), the website needs 'a domain name'.

No product, $60 down the drain, really upset!

Avoid this company like the plague!

Avoid this company like the plague!! Ordered my silke wrap bra three months ago without reading reviews first, big mistake! When I queried where my delivery was about a month ago I was sent the tracking info, I can now see it was delivered to an address in the USA. I live in Ireland. Customer service told me to go check the post office, I probably wasn't home when they tried to deliver it, so now I'm off to catch a flight yo the US to check with the post office there if they have my €20 bra!! They won't agred to a refund either so I have raised a dispute with PayPal.

Wish I could rate a minus 10 stars

Wish I could rate a minus 10 stars. Took months to arrive. What came was defective. A replacement was received that was made for am not sure what.

As they come from China the only way to obtain a refund is to return ship them back to China. Not worth the time, effort, and cost which the company certainly understands. DO NOT purchase anything from this company, EVER.

I wouldn't even rate it 1 star!! Merchandise was not worth the postage to the 10$+ postage to return it to someplace I've never heard of overseas. Return policy is a very small percentage of the total purchase price if you decide to keep the product it's been months and I haven't seen that credit even. Total rip off!

From comfort to double breasted!

Bought a Silkestudio bra as the advertising guaranteed comfort and support. The bra arrived in good time - to UK. However the size was quite small (I ordered medium but it was more like small). It did just about fit and was more comfortable than a traditional bra. The problem came when I washed it. The little 'pads' inside the cup area ended up in the bra strap area (LOL!). And as there is no way to access them (unless I unstitch it) I cannot get them back in place. Hence if I wear the bra now it will look like I have two breasts on either side - one in correct place and the other on my upper chest. What a shame. I was so looking forward to having a comfortable bra to wear!!

Horrible horrible horrible

Horrible horrible horrible! I would give a MINUS RATING if possible. Over 4 months to get item. Several terrible customer service interactions and many ignored requests to cancel the order and issue refund. The item when it finally did arrive is so poorly made and improperly sized it’s 100% useless. Do not do business with this fraudulent group!

Disappointing product

Disappointing product. Ordered 4 of the size recommended from chart, band too small, straps too stretchy to give support and slipped off shoulders. Contacted company by email. Guess what? They are in CHINA. website says nothing about that. The reply said to send pictures or video and wait for 'green light' and return shipping is on me. OR I could accept only a 20% refund. USPS website says cheapest postage is about $18 or priority $37+. A lot of hassle for $55 spent. or $11 refund vs $35 on a return IF they honor that. No guarantee of that.
Wish I had found these reviews before I ordered.

Do NOT buy a bra from this company!
1) It took months to arrive
2) When it did, it was a bad joke. Cheap, Flimsy. No support whatsoever. The cross things in front don't work and are too small. Terrible product :(

Has anyone managed to get a refund?

Appalling product, and I really should have checked this website before I fell for the scam. They are offering me 30% refund to keep the item, but I have worked out that if I return it - signed for as required - I should come out with approx 50% of my money back after postage is taken into account. I am minded to do this, given they are taking advantage of so many people not bothering to return, but am just wondering if anybody has successfully got a refund from them? They are being responsive to my emails, and I have offered to accept a partial refund of 50% which is better for them, but they are refusing to see the logic of that!

Horrible!

Horrible!! DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I am so disappointed in them for ripping me off as well as countless other women. I bought 2 bras by using the chart to find my correct size, but after waiting MONTHS for them to come, and then the bras being way too small, I wanted to return them. However, reading the comments of others, I clearly see that won’t work. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!

DON'T BUY A SILKE BRA

The advertising/marketing was convincing, but DON'T FALL FOR THIS ITEM. This took months to arrive (shipped from China- so you get what you pay for). The bra was very poor quality, the fabric is see-through so the cups are visible. This bra came with no tags or receipt. I'm not even going to attempt to return it.

WHAT A SCAM

Waited months for it to arrive. And its crap.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
It has to be a scam. The bra looks Nothing like advertised. I ordered the correct size, as per the chart, and it's so badly fiting it would have been cheaper to buy a sports bra. The straps are thin and made from rubbish material. The two straps that go underneath DID NOT support, as advertised. It's a total scam.
PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THE ADVERTISEMENT

Horrible Experience; Won't Order From Again. Product Poor Quality

4. Shipping took 2 months to get.
5. Not worth even attempting to send back. Hard earned money wasted! More than Disappointed!

Poor quality and not as advertised

It took forever to get the bra I ordered as the company is from China. The bra is so small I couldn’t even get it over my head and the size that I ordered was supposed to fit. Also very poor quality and not at all like the ad. I tried to get a refund and the process is ridiculous, they make it almost impossible to return an item for a refund and do not pay for the shipping. If you do send back the bra your refund amount is not what you paid. They subtract the shipping cost that they paid to ship it to you. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t buy from this company.
