They have made all the connected features, the Bluetooth and the bikes alarm behind a subscription service. Had the bike for 18 months, today I discovered that they now me to pay a monthly fee for features I have already paid for. At no time was I told that this will be a thing. Awful treatment of customers.
This company makes good electric motorcycles, but that's the only good thing about them. How they treat customers, especially the ones with a problem is beyond ridiculous. They hung up the phone like 8-year-olds do when they can't resolve an issue.
They are basically impossible to get in contact with.

So if you have any trouble with your bike, good luck because you're on your own.
