Outstanding Customer Service
I have been a customer of Signature Pharmacy for a while and have always had a positive experience, but today I was genuinely amazed by the kindness and support I received from one particular member of staff, Mr Osaid Kattan.
He was incredibly empathetic and went above and beyond to help me with something that meant a great deal to me personally. What stood out most was how genuine his efforts were. He didn’t simply do what was expected of him; he really tried to understand my situation and did everything he could to help.
It honestly meant so much to see someone genuinely care and make such an effort. His kindness, patience and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference to my day, and I left feeling incredibly grateful.
Customer service like this deserves to be recognised. Thank you so much for your help and for showing such genuine compassion - it truly meant more to me than you probably realise.

We completely understand how concerning it can be when you're waiting for important medication, and we appreciate that the order status may have made it seem as though your prescription was ready much earlier than it actually could be dispensed.
In the case of this medication, due to legal requirements, we are unable to dispense it based solely on the electronic prescription. We must first receive the original paper prescription from your clinic before we are legally permitted to supply the medication. Unfortunately, although your prescription had been created electronically, we had to wait for the paper copy to arrive by post before we could proceed.
As soon as the original prescription reached our pharmacy, our team prioritised your order, dispensed it on the same day, and arranged for next-day delivery to minimise any further delay.
We appreciate that this process is not always obvious, and we're sorry if it wasn't clearly communicated. While we always strive to dispatch prescriptions as quickly as possible, we are unfortunately unable to bypass the legal requirements surrounding certain controlled medications.
We genuinely value your feedback and hope this explanation provides some reassurance about why the delay occurred. We would be grateful for the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service, and we hope you might consider updating your review once you have had the chance to reflect on the circumstances. Go elsewhere. I wasn't thinking straight and it's the first time out of many I'll need a similar prescription and it cost over £100 when really it's under £20 at other pharmacy's.
It was private but nevertheless I had to check the price. Phoned up talked got hung up on and re-called before I got a proper answer that the price was just the meds.
Already regretting it - feeling worse then not having it, but, since it's been dispensed I couldn't cancel it.

delivery times were innacurate. Said same day within london but that wasnt true - only certain postcodes that I only found out when I called to complain that I was waiting for my antibiotics for 2 days from order.

In this instance, the same-day delivery option was not available at checkout, and your prescription was therefore processed and delivered using our next-day delivery service. The prescription took 7 days to arrive despite initial communication stating it would be 24 hours.
Whilst I appreciate that getting the medication from the supplier took additional time - 7 days is too long to wait for medication - it's a good job it wasn't for a health condition that required immediate treatment!
