Visited Sigma, as needed new bib shorts, helmet and was also looking for a new bike computer. As all previous visits very helpful staff and welcoming store.
The store does have limited stock but there’s no pressure to purchase. Managed to find pair of shorts, helmet and a new computer; much lighter bank account but very happy with purchases

In store purchases from the Oakham branch. Excellent email communication exchange. Requested items to view/try were made available with no obligation. Both helmet and shoe fitting service provided by Zoe was excellent. Purchased both items and enjoying using them.
A highly recommended store, always worth a visit as the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.

Friendly and informative service from my first chat with Will through the bike fit with Uldis and ultimately picking up my new bike (S-Works Aethos 2). Great information and advice from Uldis regarding my position on the bike (sorry that the natural curve in my back hurt your eyes 😁).
I have since purchased further items online and I’m very pleased with the overall service and have recommended Sigma Sports to my friends.
The bike itself was a dream and has certainly proved to be just that. Such a fantastic ride.

We were cycling around Rutland Water on Sunday morning when my mate got a puncture. Unusually we had no kit to fix it. I managed to get the bike to the oakham sigma store where the lady on the tills could not have been more helpful. She lent me tools to get the wheel off then took the wheel and popped a new tube in. She then cheerfully helped me put the wheel back on. In this age of no-can-do this was an unexpected treat. Full marks

Great service (literally) from the Oakham team again today. Ben took care to understand what I wanted him to look at when I dropped my bike off for its Gold Service & made sure I knew how to contact him while it was being done. He then called me mid-service to check on something & then again when it was done. When I collected it, he again took time to explain what he’d done & that it had been test ridden as well. I was without my bike all day, which hurt while the sun was shining, but it was worth it to know that I’ve got a summer of (hopefully) stress-free riding thanks to the dedication of Ben & the Oakham team.
