The staff at the Oakham store were excellent in helping me out and finding the right helmet and bundle for me.

My latest order was a replacement for faulty shoes handled very well by Oakham shop staff

The Sigma staff clearly have a passion for cycling and are happy to share their experience and knowledge. I have to say that the shop prices are very reasonable too!

“5 STAR Service as always” - I ordered online to Collect in store, it was some shoes and cleats, the team made sure my shoes fitted properly and swapped my cleats, as I had ordered the wrong ones, once again making sure I had the correct items I needed before I left the store. #BestBikeStore

I would like to complement Ben Fletcher from the Oakham store. Ben has carried out the service on my bikes for the last couple of years. Unfortunately on this occasion, Ben did a crash inspection on my bike after an accident I had doing the tour of the peaks.
Ben kept in touch, sent me a copy of the report and most importantly talked me through everything today when I picked the bike up.

Stock availability, good price, and when I went to collect at Oakham, the guys there couldn't have been more helpful.
So well done, I'll be back.

I would like to place on record the exceptional service received from both Andy Shore and Ben Fletcher.
My partner and I booked a bike fitting with Andy. We are mature cyclists riding e-bikes. It was immediately obvious that Andy has years of experience of bike fitting. He asked about our goals and ambitions and put us at ease straightaway. The fitting process itself was superb and an education in how to improve our riding style and comfort. Andy’s attention to detail was excellent and we left well satisfied that it had been money well spent.
A shout out to Ben Fletcher as well who carried out some bike adjustments for us on the spot to save us making another journey. Ben also provided us with a service roadmap for the future which we were very appreciative.
Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Sigma Sports Oakham for bike fitting and bike servicing.
