Went to sigma sports in Oakham a few weeks back. I was delt with by Will. Very professional and very helpful, had a bike fit and got me all setup on my new bike I purchased.
Great experience!

The delivery was good and on time, I had a problem with the qr code that is used to activate the bike computer. I visited your Oakham shop and the staff help I got there was excellent. I left with a working unit and very pleased with the knowledge and help your staff gave me.

Sigma have so much stock for triathlon so I booked and appointment to purchase several items. Ian looked after me and it was fantastic to receive advice from someone who understood the sport and himself from a swimming background. Ian couldn't have been more helpful. I will definitley use again. 100% recommended

Great shops, amazing staff. Had my bike serviced in Oakham ahead of The Traka and enjoyed a great race with no mechanicals, thank you.

Purchased a Specialised Crea 2 Expert e-bike from Sigma. Good end of year price. Was served by Kane who was very professional and offered a fitting test to see which frame was the correct size for me. The bike was set up well and the staff clarified a number of points about the bike including letting me have an extra thru axle lever to remove the wheels out on the road. All in all very good service from the Oakham Sigma store.

Great option to reserve the items into my local store in this case two different Garmin watches, so I could look at them and try them both before purchasing one. Really helpful advice when I phoned. Friendly sales assistant in store when I purchased.

Ian was extremely helpful and his advice/guidance resulted in the perfectly fitting wetsuit. There is no doubt I'd have got the sizing all wrong if I'd just trusted the sizing guides from the manufacturer.
He made sure he had enough time to answer all my questions so the whole process was great. Thank you Ian!

Kane was very helpful and he made the bike pickup arrangements easy. The handover was thorough and I felt that all relevant points were covered, even setting the saddle position, fitting the pedals that were purchased and helping to get the bike into my car. Excellent attention to detail. I would thoroughly recommend this store.
