Great coffee choice. Fantastic responsive customer service.

Signed up to their mailing list and got a 10% off offer after a few days. Ordered a DF64 grinder Friday afternoon and it was with me by Saturday lunchtime. Replied to my query overnight, excellent customer service. The grinder came in a D64Coffee box (common chinese source I'd guess) and is a quality bit of kit. Would happily do business with sigmacoffee again.

Excellent choice of beans from the best international roasters, expeditious delivery and great customer support.

great company to use. They are quick and efficient. Only thing is not sure if you can telephone them. Have used them a lot and so impressed. Just placed another order for high end grinder.

Bought an expensive grinder and subsequently received pretty rude dismissive advice when reporting issues and then did not get a follow up.

Fast delivery and good range of coffee gear. Great to see Weber Workshops products offered but would like to see the whole range including EG 1. Love the coffee library - had some amazing coffees from a whole host of roasters. Had a few orders from Sigma and its all been flawless, first-class service and very good gear and beans. My go to!

David, the company owner, went above and beyond to sort out my order, which I had messed up due to no fault of Sigma. David sorted out my return and sent a replacement quickly with no extra charge. I will definitely be using Sigma again and again.

Great company 10/10 would recommend ordering with them. I ordered to Canada there was a slight issue with my order & they responded promptly. Sent out the correct item without any issue. Fantastic customer service.

Purchased a bottomless portafilter as a gift, unfortunately the thread in the wood was faulty so the handle wouldn’t stay on. Contacted via email and they had a new one out to me the next day. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Wanted to upgrade the burrs on my grinder and David advised. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Ordered some SSP burrs on his suggestion and his advice proved spot on. Great, professional, friendly service, which is so hard to come by these days.
