Deceiving name
They have the EU in name only, they ship from the UK. Eventually I have to wait weeks for the customs which I have to pay in the end

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Every questions that i asked they responded. Excellent and really fast communication.
I preordered Timemore Fish Smart Pro - still in shipping so i will update review as it comes.
Update:
The kettle has been delivered. Everything all right. I'm really happy that I ordered it. Coffee immediately tastes better ;D
