I have ordered several books and got fed up with receiving multiple instances of damaged goods. Also, they are greatly over priced, not sure if I can list competitors but you will find suppliers in UK who are under half price usually whilst brand new (and will let you know in advance if book is damaged before sending). E.g Al Mubdi 20 volumes you can get literally £200 cheaper in UK. I told this company many years ago when asked to write a review that Al Jaami As Sahih Mimma Laysa fi As Sahihayn was bought by myself for £50 whilst they still charge over £100 for the exact same edition. Nothing wrong with making profiit but this company is too greedy.

Subhan’Allah this bookshop is the best! Literally my go to for various different sciences pertaining to studying the deen. Alhamdulillah I am ever most greatful for this online bookshop. May Allah bless them. Ameen

Great website to buy book

After many purchases, I can say that SifatuSafwa is my go to online bookstore. Excellent service, prompt delivery to U.S.A., and a wide range of selections that keep a student of knowledge smiling from ear to ear. I don’t know what i would do without SifatuSafwa !

There was a mistake with my order that was handled so professionally. They refused to take payment for the wrong book and still got me the correct book in addition without making me return the incorrect book. Excellent company inshaAllah they will have me as a customer for life.

What an amazing online bookstore!
I never knew they existed, and was surprised at how large their selection was, and that they ship in the US within a few days for a reasonable cost.
For many niche Arabic texts, I often have to wait to travel abroad to get them, but not only are they here, they're in STOCK.

I’ve ordered many books from the bookstore, but upon receiving Al-Qamoos Al-Muheet, I found the book to be damaged. The book fit the exact description listed for the “warehouse” deal. The “warehouse” are typically books that were damaged and for this reason they sell the book for much cheaper. The problem is I paid full price. What I received was warehouse quality. I related my matters to customer service, but they decided not to satisfy the buyer. All the other times I bought books, they were shipped to the United Sates for a cheap shipping fee in comparison to other bookstores. I love these guys and their efforts, but being such a successful business isn’t done through saving the most bucks. It’s done by satisfying the customer. The more you fulfill our wishes when we are upon the truth, then you will see more barakah.

Very good and reactive service bought a beautiful Quran for an excellent price.

Not sure where to start,1-great collections of islamic books.2- emails were answered quickly.3- my parcel arrived very quickly 4-packing was way better than expected. 5-prices overall was very decent.I'm simply Amazed by the service, جزاكم الله خيرا

I have been using this library for almost 7 months.
The prints are good and the prices are reasonable

The book I ordered was extremely beautiful and in top tier condition. Not just that, the book didn’t have the usual fish smell that come from other bookstores! The staff of the bookstore, May Allah continue to give them tawfeeq, are doing a great khidmah for the ummah! My only criticism is the shipping time and fee. I know it’s shipped from outside of the US, so it’s understandable

By the grace of Allah, over the course of 2 years I have been able to build a library that provides in depth content for research in all fields of knowledge from the works of trustworthy scholars from the past and the present. It is safe to say more than 90% of my books have been purchased here. The service has never been unprofessional and the selection has always shown that there is a great care to provide the best material for all levels of learning. More can be said, but I conclude by expressing thanks to all of you and indeed this is a great treasure from Allah that makes it easy for everyone to have easy access to the truth!!

The books are clear and is easy to read the pages, they delivery the books on time etc.
