I provided a refund address and the IA said "For this refund I need to call a human, please provide a refund adress". When the human (MAC) entered the chat he said "We processed both transactions!" STAY AWAY – Absolute scam.
You can’t update or remove your personal details, and there’s no option to delete your account. This is a huge red flag. It genuinely feels like they’re harvesting personal data, with no transparency or control over how it’s used. I’m extremely uncomfortable having my details on this platform and strongly advise others to avoid it.

I mistakenly transferred the funds incorrectly. After requesting support, I was promptly attended to and received guidance on the refund process. A few days later, they contacted me to process the return of the funds. The most important aspect of this experience, however, is that I have little experience in the cryptocurrency market and have been studying to better understand and learn more about the sector. If I had lost the funds, I would probably have given up, but fortunately, I had a very positive experience with the protocol. I appreciate everyone's help and support.
