Fantastic small company
Fantastic small company which made the shopping experience fantastic. I was looking for Minecraft gifts for my son and I wasn’t disappointed, stocked the mystery boxes that he loves. kept me in the loop with confirmation and delivery emails and the delivery was fast. Great company
Great company. Unfortunately, in my order i had received a wrong item however the customer service team were absolutely amazing. They responded to my email and sent out the correct item within hours of my contact, exceptional service.

Hi Lizzie, we're really sorry to hear you had a problem with the delivery. Hopefully you can understand that the delivery is out of hands but appreciate it reflects badly on us when the courier company do what they've done. If it was logistically possible for us to deliver each and every item ourselves we would but unfortunately we have to put our trust in the 3rd party courier. Sorry to see you felt so upset by this delivery that you had to leave a one star review. We'll report this delivery to Hermes to hopefully help them improve their service. Hopefully the product you ordered and the speed in which your item arrived was satisfactory.
