It's a birthday gift for my Grandson. Therefore it is currently wrapped up and awaiting it's grand opening next week. I've given full marks as i'm sure it will be just as advertised.

I never received the products. I tried to find a way to reach out and notify them so I could rectify the situation but haven’t been able to find a clear way to do so. I’m so disappointed as the items were for my young son who was so excited to receive them. He’s checked the mail every day since for his package and it’s never there. But, I’m being asked for a review of products I didn’t even get. Communication has been poor and customer service is non-existent.

Couriers lost our 1st package. But Sidequest kept me informed every step of the way. My little one open his package today and he was delighted.
