I ordered a pair of shoes (about £140) on the 27th, and the amount was charged on the 28th. The shoes still haven’t been shipped, and I haven’t received a reply to the email I sent a week later, on the 4th.
I had read some comments here before placing the order, so I more or less knew what to expect. However, since webshops in the EU are generally not allowed to charge customers before an order has been shipped (I know this may not be the case in the UK — though maybe it should be), combined with the lack of communication, it made me write this review in the hope of getting an answer.
I have read about how your business works, and I understand that receiving what I ordered may take some time, or might not happen at all. Still, based on the ratings, you should probably be more upfront about that. Even though it has “only” been about 11 days since I placed the order, I hope to receive an update on what to expect and, hopefully in time, what I paid for - some cool new sneakers 👍🏻👟Order #19620

No delivery, no trainers, no birthday present
I placed an order for trainers on the 27th April 26, a present for my son’s 16th birthday. The order hasn’t been shipped. I’ve sent three emails to get an update on the status which still says ‘processing’. I’ve had no reply via email and the phone number on their site doesn’t connect either. Very unhappy son and very angry Mum. 7th May 2026.

Poor communication - Good service
Placed my order on the 29th of April. Tried emailing, calling and messaging via Insta with no replies. Not concerned about a longer delivery would just like to have some communication and an update. Can't recommend using with the current service.
Edit - took a while for a response, but staff were very helpful and order did eventually arrive. Also given a voucher due to the inconvenience. A bit more transparency with customers would go a long way.

After reading reviews I felt at ease to order, are they paying for fake bot reviews?
Now those same trainers are £100 more, priced at £250.
Guess I'm gonna open a scam claim with my bank.

Order took far too long to ship. Customer service was terrible - nobody would give me a straight answer when I enquired about my order. No tracking info was provided. Everything appeared really dodgy.

Despite the seller’s claim, no tracking info was provided. This is a blatant lie on their part.
I cancelled my chargeback request when my package was received some 3 months after I placed my order, and after numerous emails requesting a status update and being given nothing but “Trust me bro.”

At first I had ordered the wrong size shoes. Customer service were very helpful, and cancled the order before it was shipped. I then ordered the correct size. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and the service.

I am so so disappointed and frustrated! Never had such a bad experience with contacting any company or customer service. To be honest, I start thinking that website is a SCAM... spend £220 on shoes and no response at all.
Placed order 26/04 #19592 send multiple emails, messages asking for help.... nothing! Live chat saying somone will answer in few minutes.... nothing all day. Emails nothing! Please contact me immediately or cancel my order.

Item delivered 19th of may which is huge delay however item was good and as expected so changing my review from one start to 3.
I would advise that your company need to work on customer service side in huge way. If there is any issue or delay with the order, customer should be informed straight away so I know my choice - cancel or wait! Special after multiple emails. Thank you.

Took my money, no communication.
Ordered Adidas Puffylette shoes (order #19265) over a week ago and still no shipping update — tracking shows nothing at all.
I’ve emailed twice and had zero response, and there’s no phone number to contact anyone. This is really frustrating and honestly starting to feel like I’ve been scammed.
You can’t just take someone’s money and then not get back to them. Terrible customer service. Someone needs to get back to me asap.
