Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. Sent me a pair of trainers out that were too big so needed to return. Couldn’t generate a return label on the Shop App as the order wasn’t showing on there for some reason so they told me to contact Side Kicks direct. I’ve sent 5 messages and opened up a live chat and my wife has done the same and no one replies. There is no working phone number either so now have a pair of £150 trainers I can’t return. DO NOT order online off these.

Dont trust "All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price you pay. There are no surprise charges upon delivery. We handle everything so your order arrives without any delays or extra costs.". My package has been sitting 2 weeks at UPS as import charges havnt been paid. I contacted sidekicks 2 times about this and got told they were checking it out. Today i got a call from ups(as they got that now from the shipper but didnt have it before). Going to be annoying but atleast i got all the proof i need to chargeback in the worst case
Edit: opened a chargeback 04/02 after sidekicks didnt do anything about it for 2+ weeks and sidekicks payed the import charges on 04/07 and i did finnaly receive the package 04/10 and i ordered it on 03/08
9 days, 6 working days since order, no idea when will recieve goods
Ordered on 21st March, since order, no way of tracking order status other than to email. Emails back just say order is in progress. Told 3-7 working days, today is working day 6, email from UPS yesterday said delivery would be today, further email from them this morning now saying they cannot confirm when delivery will be as they have not received the order!!!! How and why can it take so long, why can I not get in touch by phone, order tracking via SHOP is a waste of time. Based on this service, I will not use you again and will not recommend you. Impossible to actually talk to anyone, have to rely on emails. Sent one this morning, now 6 hours later and no response and still not further forward in knowing when I will get the items paid for on the 21st March.....shocking

I ordered a pair of addidas shoes from this company from the 14thof march I have not recieved a confirmation email as of still. I have tried calling their phone no response,does it even worj? I even called DPD to ask if they are aware of my order they stated nothing is with them. Where is my order and confirmation email? I am so upset!! These shoes are to travel with for holiday I order way before time and I dont even know if they are coming or not but i so know full payment was taken from my account.

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 24th of February. It took three weeks for them to arrive in the three weeks, I had no updates no tracking updates no shipping updates.
once I had left multiple reviews on trust pilot they was all of a sudden sent out the next day when my shoes arrived the box was bashed. The shoes were fake. They had a sidekicks verification tag on but this tag does not mean nothing. This is a tag they have placed on themselves after not even inspecting the trainer. The trainers smell like plastic. The Nike tick is going yellow. The glue is a mess when I put the shoes on they don’t bend the sole is absolutely rock hard the shoe isn’t even made properly. It slips off the back of my feet can clearly tell the shoes have not been made properly. I have multiple pairs of the exact same trainer from Nike and not one of these shoes looks or feels the way the item I’ve received from sidekicks does when I emailed the company, the woman got a bag on because I wasn’t very polite in my email, but at the end of the day why would I be polite when you’ve ripped me off and sent me out a pair of fake trainers stating they’re not fake when they clearly are? I’ve put in for a return on the website like they told me to do and nobody has got back to me.
I’d like somebody to get back to me with the return as soon as possible because I’m not paying for this item when it is FAKE.
I have already emailed the Help email and nobody has got back to me at all. This company is absolutely useless.
They give you 16 days to return the item then they dont respond for days.
