Caitlin at sidedeal.com was very helpful in offering a solution. I bought a two pack of an item, and one of the items was defective. Emailed them and asked since the item was sold out now, could I send one of the defective items in the 2-pack pack for credit. Caitlin said she would refund me 1/2 of what I paid, and I didn't need to send anything back!

I actually have been a long time purchaser of many of their products. Lately their products and my interactions with them have been horrible. Recently purchased chocolate chip cookies that were very stale and had a bad chemical taste to them. They wouldn’t issue me a refund or accept the return. Also purchased a package of 4 hats for winter use. Not only did they give me the wrong 4 colors, they were all similar colors….Not What I Ordered. Regretfully I must abandon this sinking ship!

I bought two pair of glasses :they are absolutely rubbish, absolutely fake absolutely misleading. I can't see anything they are not good for reading and they are not good for distance as they claimed !!! they literally robbed me up $60.. the five dollar glasses I buy from the corner shop, is hundred percent better😡 it's a scam it's a big lie don't ever buy from them😡
