The team were amazing from start to finish. Annette helped me understand what I needed, on the site visit David came up with some recommendation as to what would work best in my room. Communication throughout was excellent and the install is top quality - David’s attention to detail and craftsmanship is fantastic. If you’re thinking about shutters, I strongly recommend you talk to these guys.

Annette and Dawid truly went above and beyond.

Annette visited my home not only to take precise measurements for my windows and French doors but also to walk me through the various options (shutter types, louver widths, materials, and the subtle differences in color shades). She even stayed during the fitting to ensure everything went perfectly, showing a genuine interest for the technical side of the installation.

Some of my windows made the installation quite tricky, but Annette and Dawid discussed every possible solution with me. Dawid’s background as an engineer was a real asset; he was able to overcome technical challenges that others might have struggled with.

I wish I could post pictures here because the shutters are stunning and have completely transformed my bedrooms and living room. I’ve already received so many compliments!

From start to beginning this was altogether a better experience to a National chain, which we managed to cancel, thankfully. Our Dormer windows are far from symmetric. Rather than just fill the resulting gaps with filler and a bit of caulk, Annette and Dawid came up with a far better solution. Dawid is clearly very talented as well as being very tidy. Result? Beautiful shutters with no gaps. We wouldn't use anyone else now, and nor should you.

I moved into a house with existing shutters and needed to complete a single bedroom and repair an existing one. I had previously been quoted a replacement shutter from a different company, as they can’t be repaired, according to the agent. Left it as the price for repair and new install was quite high.

Saved some cash but thought I would ring around to compare before committing and am so glad I did!

After reaching out to ShutterHome, i spoke with Annette who was lovely, professional and explained everything clearly. She introduced me to Dawid who is nothing short of a master craftsman, top professional and really goes the extra mile for complete customer satisfaction.

Fixed the broken shutter, for a nominal fee and completed the new install to the highest level. All for almost half the price of the previous quote.

I can’t sing this companies praises enough, they are a credit to their profession and won’t hesitate to recommend them.
