Gene provided first class service from start to finish of the work. Attending on time to measure up and provided professional advice about the choice of the shutters. Work completed to a very high standard. Gene was extremely user friendly throughout. Quality service, quality product.

Would highly recommend Shuttercraft , Steve came and was very professional and patient, he talked through all our options and gave advice on what we could have especially the bathroom and kitchen. We had nine windows seven of which were bay windows and they look stunning. Everyone who has walked past have stated they look lovely from the outside and visitors are surprised how it has made the place light and airy. The shutters definitely keep the place cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We had other companies come and give quotes however, Shuttercraft gave us the confidence and didn’t pressurise whilst we made our minds up. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for they are well built and sturdy, easy to open and clean everything we were promised.

I recently had shutters installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish — professional, friendly, and efficient. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and the shutters themselves look absolutely amazing.

We are thrilled with our shutters, which we have had installed all over the house. The measuring and installation were done to a high standard, resulting in a seamless finish. The only drawback in the process is the long wait for delivery, which was explained to us at the quotation stage.

Shutters were installed and there was a series of marks and dents in the newly decorated paintwork underneath the windowsill. When I emailed in to complain, I received a phone call basically telling me that I was wrong and that it couldn’t possibly have been the shutter installation that caused the dents because the paintwork would have been chipped. I’m pretty sure paintwork can be dented without being chipped. I received no apology, no offer of any compensation, I was just told that I must be mistaken and that the dents must have been there before. I can guarantee they weren’t there before the installation- it’s a newly plastered and decorated wall. Most disappointing.

Jim was here to fit the Shutters for our big living room window, great workmanship, full of information with regards to looking after the shutters. Clean & tidy, can highly recommend Jim from Shuttercraft Glasgow, and will definitely use them again.

Raj and Punita were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We originally contact them for a quote at the end of 2024 but weren't in a position to proceed. They didn't hassle us for a decision but when we were ready they responded very quickly and arranged a quick catch up appointment to get everything confirmed. The fitting day went seamlessly and Raj was very efficient and apart from the shutters being visible you wouldn't have known he had been! I would definitely recommend them!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Shuttercraft! From the free home survey and precise measurement to the final installation, everything was absolutely flawless.

Raj did a perfect job with the installation — every detail was spot on, and he left the place spotless afterwards. Punita was incredibly professional and warm throughout the whole process, keeping me informed and making everything so easy and pleasant.

Although the shutters took about 10–12 weeks to arrive (as they’re made in South Africa and need time for shipping), it was well worth the wait — the quality and craftsmanship are outstanding.

If I ever need more shutters in the future, I’ll definitely go straight back to Shuttercraft without a second thought. Highly recommended!

We are really happy with the shutters in our cottage…..the windows were quite tricky as nothing is very straight in an old house. They were able to fit them on an arch window too. They are easy to use and feel very well made. The different options from a split tier design are perfect for both privacy and letting light in. Order them - you won’t regret it !
