Raj & Punita were friendly and professional from the get go. I had a video consultation and an approx estimate based on measurements. Then Raj came to measure up himself. Installation day arrived and Raj turned up on the button at the time agreed. He did a fabulous job and was ever the perfectionist. I love my new shutters.

Quality shutters at a fair price. We are absolutely delighted with our shutters, they have transformed our lounge. Customer service was good and would recommend this company to my friends.

On 25/04/25, I left a review regarding my experience. Shuttercraft responded, but not in a way that allowed me to issue a direct counter-response. While Christian did attempt to save face in his reply — which I respect — the fact remains that as of 18/06/25, 54 days later, the product is still defective.

Despite numerous promises, self-imposed deadlines, and repeated assurances that the matter was being expedited, absolutely nothing has been resolved. I'm still waiting, with no clear end in sight.

We honestly cannot thank Ben enough for everything! From the very first visit, his professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out and the end result has completely blown us away. The shutters are absolutely stunning. They are beautifully crafted, flawlessly installed, and of outstanding quality. They are also very fairly priced!! We have had a really bad experience previously with a company installing our downstairs shutters and we wished we found Ben at Shuttercraft Bedford earlier!

The actual shutters are good quality. The man who fitted them was brilliant. It's the person who measured the windows in the first place was the problem. Out of three windows and a French door. One window and door fitted as they should. One shutter frame was 15mm to short and had to remade. The other window the actual opening was not the same height on both sides. If this had been highlighted at the time of measuring we may not have had the shutters fitted to that window. We now have to live with a strip of white upvc across the top.

We’re absolutely over the moon with the quality, installation and service we received from Shuttercraft ( Chelmsford). Raj, throughout the whole process, was knowledgeable with regards to the product, his wife punita was excellent with communication and always customer focused, installation was a breeze, Raj answered all my questions during this process and had such a reassuring nature that made the whole experience exceptional. Our house was left as he found it, cleaned as he went from room to room. Raj was joined by his son who was polite, respectful and is a great asset to the team.We love our shutters and it has made a big difference to our home.
