I had just bought a pair of shoes at…

I had just bought a pair of shoes at the Quinte Mall. I went to visit my son in New York for the first time in two years. They have a new puppy 🐶 who chewed one of my new shoes and rendered it a big mess. My son told me to order a new pair which he paid for. Service was fast and now I have my lovely new shoes ready for an occasion to wear them .

I've been trying to contact Shumaker

I've been trying to contact Shumaker to return 2 pairs of shoes which are the wrong size. They were ordered via the Shumaker website,

NOWHERE on the website is there a phone number. That's a big clue as to their dedication to customer service, where they don't allow the customer to actually contact customer service.

There is an email address on the website - but sending email to it is futile since there is no response.

They also have a Facebook presence - with a messaging section too. Messages sent to them go unanswered. They must be watching it since comments are quickly deleted. They just can't be bothered to actually reach out to the customer.

It's almost as if they really (despite their claims to the contrary) dislike and want nothing to do with their customers.

My wife bought a pair of slippers to…

My wife bought a pair of slippers to replace the worn out ones she has had for awhile. She ordered the same size as what she already had but when they arrived they were too small even though the labelled size matched the old slipper. Anyway we took them back to the store in Belville and the staff there were excellant and helped her exchange the slippers for a pair that fit at 2 sizes larger. Thanks to your staff and store for their great assistance very professional and friendly.

Very unhappy customer

Ordered online, sent wrong size, said courier was going to pick up within 3 business days! 3 business days as of today, no pickup! Poor customer service! I have to travel 1 hour hour and 40 minutes if I want to return/exchange!
