We have been taking to her constantly. Asking her for pictures or videos of the damage. She keeps ignoring us. Now she demanded a refund without showing us if it’s damaged at all. We are sending her a prepaid label to at least get the item back.

The unit set up was simple but not by the instruction paper. You must watch the video on the site or else you will be completely lost based on the pamphlet. I have not used it on a client yet but be sure to have a proper shampoo chair. I tested on myself and family and the sink can rest on the shoulders if you dont have a good chair to have the bowl rest on instead. I also suggest getting a shampoo bowl neck cushion.

Doesn’t hold enough water to do more…
Doesn’t hold enough water to do more than one shampoo at a time. Had to continue to stop on my clients to refill and dump the machine. Not easy when you don’t have a firm source of water around and you are working from home.
