Bed arrived the wrong color and requested an email back to address the wrong shipment and they just ignored me as other reviews have stated. Not much care into the company overall, as they don’t care about their high paying customers. Definitely will go through other companies next time!

Horrible they send a broken Head Spa…
Horrible they send a broken Head Spa pillow and they tell me that it’s not broken and they make me pay for a return shipping label when it’s not my fault that they sent a broken item. They should provide the label very cheap products. Won’t be buying anything from here again.

It is very loud
It is very loud. My nozzle sprays normal except a few shoot out sideways and gets my clients face wet. The instructions didn't tell you this but you need water in the basin for the halo to run. I am bummed I thought it would be such a great addition. I should have opted for the table plumbed one.

Purchased a head spa table
Purchased a head spa table. All questions were answered, was texted a YouTube video to watch for setting up the table and a phone number if I had any questions. The table arrived just exactly the amount of time they said. Very fast shipping! SH Salons is wonderful!!

The unit is as described but I did have…
The unit is as described but I did have to make some modifications to my location: 1) you do need to establish a dedicated line to support the 25 amp requirements to operate this machine; and 2) the cord is extremely short so I had to rearrange my room so that the unit was close enough to the wall.
