Still doesn't work.

Their order sites are still upp but the unit is completely offline and unusable.

If anyone buys from them today they are being scammed and won't receive annything they hoped for.

This seems to be a scam. I ordered this for my wife for Christmas of 2024. Still have not received anything and NO Communications from the company.

Echoing the sentiment of all the others who ordered this product and never received it. Ordered this product in 2024. Only updates we got were that units were shipping shortly. I followed up a few times, no responses.

Terrible! Would give zero stars if I could!! I ordered my Shrooly YEARS ago, yes YEARS. I have received 3 total emails from them. One confirming they got my order and took my money. One saying don't worry, we will get your order out to you soon, one with a BS update on estimated shipping dates, and one with a generic response saying my order will ship by the end of the month (3 years after I ordered my unit).

I NO LONGER WANT MY ITEM, AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I purchased a Shrooly through their IndieGoGo campaign and they refuse to send me the unit. Don’t support this shady company. They stole my money.

Like many people over twelve months ago I made a purchase of their Shrooly mushroom Device. nearly three hundred dollars later, i've never heard a word from them. and my research shows that their app is defunct.The company gone yet.The founders are enjoying quite the nice lifestyle posting vacation pictures, and actually joking about how to scam people. this is my last time with any indiegogo purchases. its the second time ive been scammed and my last. truly abhorrent.

Complete waste of money.
I bought two of the devices and had success but only for a few short months. Then the apps stopped working and my accounts on the website disappeared, I can’t update the devices, place orders for new pods and customer service refuse to respond after several months and many attempts to get this sorted.
All I see now is nothing but negative reviews and I’m not surprised now.
I will be taking legal action against them as they sold me something that was basically a scam because they withdrew all services so made everything basically pointless.
So my recommendation don’t buy from them!

Like many others I have not recieved my order as an early backer and they are not answering any emails or requests for update. Way too late to go after them through my credit card company. I will likely never support crowdfunding campaigns again going forward after this experience.

This is a scam ordered a Unit in 2022. They stole our money now they are doing nothing.

I backed this company during start up and ordered 2x growing units. Invested a significant amount of money for these, I followed their progress and when it came to fulfilling the UK orders they failed to process my order. I followed the instructions they gave me, selected my free grow pods, even had to pay extra but still, my units never arrived. I emailed over and over, each one getting ignored. I'm reporting this company as Fraudulent. I wouldn't trust any positive reviews from this company. If they were legitimate they would have firstly sent my order, or at the very least replied to any of my numerous emails, instead I'm stonewalled and they have kept my money.

I was an early backer from 11/7/2023 and still haven’t received a unit. I feel like they screwed anyone who backed them early, but are shipping new orders. This company has no ethics.

Shrooly is a scam! i purchased a unit in november of 2022 and they led me on for years saying just to wait a little longer, just wait a little longer, and have never shipped it. now they shut the app down and the website no longer accepts orders and the contact form doesn't work. customer service has disappeared. It is too late for me to file a chargeback so they have stolen my money!

Waited over 2 years for the product and still haven’t received it. Complete scam.

This company is a scam. It took 2 years for my device to be delivered, and that only occurred after threatening legal action. When it arrived, it did not work, and one of the shroom pods never grew anything. It says I still have more pre-paid pod credits, but the website won't let me actually apply them. The contact form on the website does not work, and they do not respond to emails (I have emailed numerous times seeking resolution). They took my money, gave me a broken device 2 years later, refuse to give me the rest of what I paid for, and do not respond.

So got scammed been waiting a year to get it now guess it’s never going to get here it was just a birthday/Christmas gift have tryed getting ahold of yall many times like no one even works there

It works. It was rather cool to grow mushrooms like that without effort of spraying water every few hours to maintain humidity. The real hard part was to wait and watch the colonization but if shrooly sends you a fully colonized pod, then it’s basically plug and play. They are always out of stock of pods so I bought some spores online to inoculate the pod that came with the box. This device is neat, does the job with ease so overall is cool but I’m not sure what’s happening with the company, last I checked their website doesn’t accept any orders for spare parts or pods.

Product Ordered Years Ago... Nothing Received.

I was one of the backers of Shrooly and ordered a machine and pods years ago. I waited patiently for the device and pods and was disappointed to be last in the long line of fulfilment. Imagine my surprise when I saw I could order one from them and have it here in a couple of days. I reached out in July and received a response that they were going to sort it out. Nothing. I reached out again in October, and no response. I am guessing they are out of business and if you go to their online store it won't accept payment which (hopefully) means their payment processor has stepped in.

Order Shrooly unit 2 1/2 years ago and still have not received and they are not returning emails! Not good!
