Never received my paid order. Customer support stopped replying to me about 6 weeks ago.

I ordered a Shrooly unit THREE YEARS AGO. After being incredibly patient, I finally reached out by email—only to be met with complete silence. I’ve sent numerous follow-ups, and not a single reply.
To add insult to injury, Shrooly is now selling the very same unit on Amazon before fulfilling orders to the people who actually backed and supported them from the start. This is an outrageous betrayal of early customers who believed in the product and waited for YEARS in good faith.
This isn’t just poor customer service—it feels like fraud. If they had any integrity, the bare minimum would be responding to emails and prioritizing the people who kept them afloat during development. Instead, they’ve ignored us while cashing in on new buyers.
Shrooly has proven themselves untrustworthy. Buyer beware.

I was one of the lucky peop to receive the device and a pod (not my choice of pod though). Since then the pod availability has remained poor and the website and app store buggy. In the last month or so the app server has been brought down and the device is unusable since the device receives instructions from the app and now you cannot use the app.

I am one of the lucky ones who actually recieved my device. The problem is I am also supposed to get 1 pod every month. But in 6 months I have only recieved 2 pods and there is no communication from the company at all. I have reached out to them multiple times but no reply. Will be reporting them to consumer protection agencies. Do not buy from this company. Extreemly untrustworthy

I have sent several emails inquiring on the delivery status of my device which was ordered on Dec 2, 2022 and I have not received any response I am concerned that Shrooly is going out of business.

We ordered a Shrooly Machine over 6 months ago and still have not received it. There was no indication before purchase that monies paid were for a preorder or for how long the shipment would take. Several emails in requesting a refund have been ignored. In fact the latest email I sent was returned with an undeliverable message. WHAT A SCAM!

This company is a scam. I ordered 2x grow units years ago, and they never sent them. I email them every few months asking for an update or acknowledgement of my email and I hear nothing. No response. They posted me some grow pods but not the units!! My next step will be to report them to trading standards.

They stole my money. It's been over two years since my order. I've tried to contact them a few times and no response.

Still have not received mine after purchasing in March 2023. I have requested a refund multiple times and now they just ignore and don’t even respond. Terrible service, and no loyalty to the original purchasers. Lots of reports of new orders being fulfilled on Amazon. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.

Received work for 2 grows . Shrooly website down, and new website hasn't got united kingdom as a delivery anymore. I still had pod credits they have gone. The app will not start and says not connected to the internet. Tried emailing customer service and no response

Early backer from 2023 - never received the order. 1.000 $ down the drains.

Do not leave a single penny with these scammers. They accepted orders online even if they must have known it was going down the drains. And now they have closed down operations; no customer service, website is taken down, etc.

I will send Forbes a tips for a follow-up article on these two founders whom were praised in an earlier article there.

Since I am not allowed to leave a no star review I will settle for a 1 star. We pre-ordered the product on December 25, 2025 and have never received the product. The company had not responded to inquiries about the order for several months. We have requested a refund but I am not holding my breath that we will ever see it

Ordered over a year ago, constantly emailing and get the same AI answer, please give us more time, now their web page is down, they don’t answer and I am out money.

Total vanished. Product stopped working. No customer service. What on earth are they doing.

Overall, the product is great. But it seems they are out of business or just not in the EU anymore. Their app doesnt work, so cannot use the system anymore. They could at least keep their servers running so the app could work for us who purchased this.

Total scam of a company. After waiting over a year longer than promised, I now can’t order any pods or claim my pod credits as they’ve stopped shipping to the UK. What makes it worse is that they are completely ignoring all messages.
Karma will proceed in the end.

I ordered the system late in 2024. They promised delivery in December. It didn't arrive. In January, I wrote them and they promised late February delivery.

This continued several more times. It's now September 2025 and it STILL hasn't arrived. Also, the credit card only allows 60 days refund.

I am happy with my shrooly. It helps me to exercise my patience. I am extremely satisfied with my shrooly and their services such as support services.

I ordered almost 3 years ago - STILL NOTHING

They send out these insane, repetitive nonsense emails, they are still actively selling units online but not delivering to customers who have back orders from 22/23

DO NOT order from these fools. Whatever you do.

If i could put zero stars I would. Put an order through a year ago and they've stopped responding, only with an AI email, and never delivered item. I've requested refund multiple times with NO response. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM. I have put through an FTC complaint.
