i have received my two piece lahenga very late ie 3rd August which was supposed to receive last month ie July 2018 And one lahenga is fine but the other one zip is broken and very tight .very badly done .
Sales Consultant is very inconsistent .

We got out grooms and friends outfit from Shreedesignersaree. They were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them. One of the easiest expereinces online shopping.

Had a lengha and anarkali custom made for my daughters. Came exactly like the picture and on time. They were willing to answer any questions and made sure they were delivered on time.

I received my order yesterday the 21st June 2018. It was ordered on the 14th June 2018. Very fast delivery to South Africa. The saree is stunning and exactly like the picture. Juhi Chadda answered all my questions on the live chat which was so helpful in deciding to purchase. Absolutely trustworthy folks! It was our first time ordering online. We were afraid if the quality, or colours or work would be the same. The quality of the garments, the embroidery work the colours of the fabric, was just like the pictures on the website. We especially loved the stitching ! Our dresses were perfectly sized. The prices were reasonable. The service was very fast and on time! I recommend this website more than other websites. You will not be disappointed! The communication with the people handling our order was on going and warm! God bless the SHREEDESIGNERSAREE! I will order again with a peace of mind!

I have ordered from them 2-3 times now and have ordered mainly salwars from them and couldn’t reccomend them enough! They are very quick to respond to questions and concerns and stitching is very well done when you give the specific measurements. All the outfits I received were great quality and I got many compliments on them! If there was any problem, they worked quick to resolve it. I will be ordering more from them in the future! Highly recommend!

I have bought several outfits from ShreeDesginerSareee, the quality of products is excellent and Customer service is outstanding. Everyone working is very helpful and understands your concerns. I would recommend for anyone looking to buy Salwar Kameez or Saree online should buy from them. This is one of the best online website that is on top of things when you put your order. They are willing to work with you online or over the phone. They have excellent designer who helps you with the outfit design. One the Best thing is the Owner herself is great with great customer Service skill. I would recommend again ,anyone wants to order online to give them a chance. They have a Lovely collection of lehengas and salwars. I just got a lehenga and salwar stitched by them, and stitching is perfect. I’m so happy. Most of my interactions were with Ashwin, and he’s awesome !! So to say their customer service is really good. Looking forward to wearing the clothes..Thanks much Ashwin and team:)

I have been shopping from them for many years because their items are at very affordable prices and their stock is exceptionally curated. I'm always happy with their quality compared to other ethnic wear sites. Every once in awhile items are out of stock or take longer to receive, but their customer service always lets me know. I trusted them enough to order my whole dance troupes costumes knowing everything would be tailored well and arrive on time. Long time happy customer. I refer all my friends to them!

I ordered some outfits in May 2017 both had different sizes for a really close wedding. When they were arrived one was o.k and the other was stitched wrong and the blouse's arms were very short and tight and the skirt was very short, I measured this and e-mailed shree-sarees that they had stiched one outfit wrong, many e-mailes were sent and ignored, their service was absolutely rubbish, I asked them to send me another outfit as I could not wear this one as it does not fit, then they said they will send another product and each time I e-mailed them they ignored me and no response was made, I even had to buy another outfit for the wedding in a rush, I took a picture of both skirts and e-mailed to shree saree as evidence that the skirt stiched was too short, but no response yet again, they have caused a lot of heartache I had given the right measurements and their tailor had stitched one wrong, till to date they have ignored all my e-mails and I have a copy of all the conversations I cannot believe that they treat their customers in a disgusting manner, I am still waiting to hear from them but now I know they have my money they will not respond and they do not care, Shree Sarees where is your customer loyalty??? you made the mistake on your part and I had to suffer, is this how you treat your customers after you have taken their money?? You are a very bad and disgusting company and wonder what kind of a Manager you have

Awesome customer service! I ordered 8 outfits, last minute, for 2 weddings. I was talking to Ashwin on Whatsapp regarding my orders and he rushed out whatever he could so I can have them on time. Everyone has been asking me where I got my outfits from. Can't wait for the next set of weddings to order more dresses for!

I have been buying sarees and suits from Shreedesigner since the past 4-5 years. I have had an awesome experience with them in all the aspects of shopping-their prices are very fair, their collection is awesome, the product delivered is exactly matching to what you see in the picture, Their tailoring service is impeccable and if they have any doubts, they get back to you every now and then to confirm and reconfirm, rather than just making something on their own and dumping on you. And they abide by the timelines. I have had bad to worst experience with other very renowned websites which makes me come back to Shree every single time. I have already recommended them to all my firends and even they are so happy with these guys. Keep up the good work.

I've ordered from ShreeDesignerSaree before but this was the first time i used whatsapp to order something i saw online and customised to the way i wanted. The responsiveness of my messages was great! I got updates of my order status and shipment was very fast.
