Shortland horne repeatedly ignored repair requests. Didn't send acknowledgments that the reports had reached them. Gave poor advise and failed to inspect the original issue until almost 4 months later. Only inspected the property because the MP contacted them. Now the agency is trying to evict the tenants. Absolutely despicable.

Chris from the sales team gave very helpful advice prior to the property going on the market and progressed the sale very quickly and professionally. Initial paperwork for the sale was also handled very efficiently. Both these aspects would have given a five star rating but unfortunately the after sales contact let the company down. After being badly advised by a different company and a sale falling through, Shortland Horne quickly sold our house for us with excellent advice meaning we got the best price possible. Viewings were organised well and went smoothly, with as little disruption to family life as possible. The aftercare team were great at chasing the solicitors and helping move the sale forward. Linda was always happy to provide an update.
The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because we gave them a key to conduct viewings and they immediately lost it. Luckily it wasn't marked with any details.
We would definitely recommend Shortland Horne over some other estate agents in Coventry.
