never ever received these shoes its a scam terrible comments of people mine never arrived in first place
its a disgrace
What a waste of money!
I bought a pair of their fur lined boots at the end of last year and have just started wearing them as we have had some cold, wet weather but not bad enough to warrant getting the wellies out. They were advertised as being waterproof but this morning I have come home with wet feet!
The strap isn't long enough and the boots themselves are very narrow and quite uncomfortable so I certainly don't believe they are orthopaedic footwear!
I bought these thinking they were coming from a British family business but found they were shipped in from China!
I certainly won't be buying anything else from this company - a complete waste of money and the boots have likely done my feet more harm than good.
I doubt I shall get a refund now but at least other prospective buyers will think twice I hope before purchasing anything from Whitmans.
Do not order from this site
Don’t order anything from these people. Didn’t send me the size I ordered and the shoes are cheap rubbish. The name sounds as if it’s a British company but judging from the emails and the grammar used it’s definitely foreign.
Not wide fitting
I ordered these shoes as advertised as wide fitting. They are not in my opinion wide fitting. I ordered a 4.5 shoe but I would be very surprised if these were about a size 3. Very disappointing
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Shoes were not as described. Not orthopaedic, small for size, cheap materials and construction. Refunded £9.99 of the £29.99 paid. They thus make £20 profit. Useless shoes not refundable.
Customer service
I ordered shoes which were unfortunately too small. I cannot thank Customer Service enough for their fast response and keeping me updated throughout. I received the correct size and happily find them extremely comfortable and well made.
SCAMMERS
Worse shoes I've ever bought. The other review must be fake. Look at the reviews under Whitman. Cheap nasty shoes from China. Definitely not orthopaedic. Not even fit to be put in the bin
