worst costumer service ever

probably the worst costumer service i have ever expirienced. I ordered a multipocket set (Raincoat) and recived it after nearly six months:( and when i recieved it the size was really bad, really small for the size. i have been trying to reach out to them on both mail and instagram and they are really really slow to answer. i made a deal with them to get a refund, but now they are just straight up ignorring me. deffinitly would never buy frem them again.
