The worse experience ever!
I got the wrong sizes and I couldn’t never expect that they don’t offer return or exchange for full price items, nobody even responded my inquiries. Terrible quality, terrible sized accuracy. I don’t recommend buying from this store

Customer care doesn’t exist. I have ordered 2 pairs of leggings, only one arrived and when I asked for a refund, no answer. :))) Last time the parcel never arrived and I contact customer care, no answer. I had to take my money back from American Express. Tahira - You are a shame :)

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SHORTS AND NOW I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO RETURN IN HOPES THET WILL SEND THE RIGHT ONES. THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!

I ordered a month ago. No sign of my items. I emailed 6 times and got 1 reply to first email saying it was on way. Apparently my item is Ireland for past 2 weeks but still no sign. I requested refund and got no reply! I'll be taking this further

I bought the luxe leggings and the one shoulder sports bra. I love the sports bra, it’s supportive and thicker material! If I go off of that alone it would be 5 stars. But the leggings are not the best. The butt scrunch is great but the stomach section thats supposed to be supportive is not whatsoever! They keep rolling, are not high enough to keep them up and are not compressive. Only the legs seem to be.the other thing I don’t like is there is no way to review them on their website. Super sketch. Honestly, if you want the butt scrunch legging go with Born Primitive or Alphalete! Way better quality and they are supportive! It sounds like you’d have better service.

They deserve no stars. The leggings are so uncomfortable to wear! They itch and tighten on my legs and do not sit close to the belly. After only 1 training the stitching goes up and I write to them but there is no right of complaint !!!! waste of money!!! I’ll never buy from her again

If I could rate them 0 stars I would.. I have never wore a more awkward uncomfortable fitting tights! the seam is so far up the front of you it makes you feel like your wearing the richest g strings at the front and back! The sizing is terrible and definitely not true to size! The quality of the tights is so thin and not worth the price! Do not buy from this brand terrible return policy as well! Do not recommend!

These leggings are poorly made. The sizing is off and the material is cheap. Very uncomfortable to wear material feels like a dish rag. Took 3 months to receive. Returned the leggings to receive a pair that was out of stock for 3 months. The 2nd pair I received were too short . Had to return those. They told me I had to ship to Australia for the return which was $50+ US dollars. Worst pair of leggings I have ever seen. They DO NOT fit like the models online. I bet most of the IG comments are bought. Rude and poor customer service. These leggings are 2 thumbs down. Buyer Beware!!

Poor customer service. Items take forever to get to purchasers! My item took a month for some unknown reason and when it came the items were missing!

Staff reply when they feel like it. They are happy to take your money but don’t want to deal with problems or order issues in a timely manner.

Think twice before ordering! Save your money and shop from somewhere that has quality and where customer service is important!

Please do not go off the prices online and please do not expect professional responses.

They charge you $20 for shipping, and you pay all duties (mine cost $28 and it was charged a month after receiving the item).

If you need to return an item, it takes a few days for them to get back to you about their process.

You need to pay shipping to return the item (cost me $49 CDN) as there is a time limit as to when the return needs to occur.

They do not do refunds, only credit, so then you need to purchase another pair of pants and pay shipping again.

The different styles of their pants fit differently. I ordered two mediums. The one pair fit small and the seam was far left and not down the middle. They didn’t classify this as a defect and still only offered a credit.

I would say that they are most definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Cheap and poorly made, do not buy - they're terrible quality, not what you see online, poor fitting, loose, the logo was printed on crooked, the seams are uneven, the fabric is thin, my ass has never looked worse. Its plain to see these are cheap Alibaba leggings branded with Tahira which is why they only offer three sizes.

Their refund policy is non existent and when I contacted customer service the feedback was that "we've never received this type of feedback before" don't believe it for a second.
