Firstly I could only complete my order with some of the items from my cart, so I had to create two orders and pay freight twice. I wrote to them if the could merge the two orders to one and send all items together and they declined. I have received one package, but the last package has been listed without any progress since March 8th. It seems like the transport company had only received data from them, but no package. I informed them of this on March 14th and they completely denied checking with the transport company. It seems like I'm receiving AI generated answers most of the time. I paid for the items a long time ago and it does not look like I'm receiving them any time soon. If at all.

The company that run the merch side of hstyles.co.uk bsimerch.com seem to be very inefficient. To the point where you feel like you have been scammed. After an order confirmation 8 days ago I have heard nothing further. No dispatch info, no tracking, no confirmation. If I had bought the item from a third party seller I'd have had it by now. What's really the point of an 'official' source if it's run so terribly. I did contact them via we chat and had someone tell me that is was being processed at the warehouse which is completely meaningless. Avoid and use a third party in my opinion.

I bought a hoody when it FINALLY came into stock, but three weeks later it still hadn’t delivered and I’d had no contact from the company. After sending multiple emails and making many phone calls which all went straight to voicemail, they eventually replied a month later saying it’s out of stock and offering to refund. You should not let customers purchase items on your website if you do not have enough in stock as it is highly disappointing to those who’ve been waiting desperately to get hold of some merch. And then to not even have the decency to let customers know is just wrong. £65 is a lot of money to be out of pocket and I was panicking thinking I’d never get it back because the company are completely non-respondent.

Really disappointed with this vendor. Contact you in advance of Album Release as official vendor. You order album and then weeks after release date still not delivered. Not responding to emails and only voicemail.

easy to order, but trying to get a delivery date is poor, ordered September, for a birthday gift for October, experiencing production delays so delayed expected December, great now can be a Christmas gift, bit no expecting now to ship January 2022. Perhaps she'll get next birthday! Bonus I got postage refunded. Harry I think would be disappointed

Really great! Love the merch! But if you buy, be patient, you’ll get an order-mail, but you won’t get a shipping-mail, but don’t worry, it will arrive!😍
