If I could give zero stars I would ! First order back in January for album release but didnt arrive until a week after said date, charged double delivery even though 2 items being delivered to same address ! 2nd order for a hoody, delivered by Amazon, packing ripped to pieces and upon actually opening hoody has 2 zips and wont undo ! Have emailed customer service and supervisors and get absolutely no help ! Theyve put a claim in against the carrier but wont help me ! For such a high demand brand the service is absolutely shocking !
Save your money
If there was a minus one. Paid £45.99 on 21st March. Delivery guy told me he’d lost the package. Two weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund. Customer service just keeps messing me around. What a waste of time and money.
Worst customer service
I pre ordered the limited edition kiss all the time vinyl and then it never arrived due to it not having an address label on it. It was meant to be sent again but instead they refunded the amount of vinyl and not the postage. I then ordered it again and 2 weeks later I’ve now been told it’s out of stock and refunded again. The worst customer service through it all as I’ve had to reach out to them to find out where my order is.

After several emails I received a note asking me to video tape it. What poor customer service. In the future I will only buy from reputable record stores where I’ve never had an issue.
Overpriced.
Long waits but when I sent message to customer services they were quickly responsive on the plus. However i'm shocked as I've bought better quality in George Asda or Primark way over priced. Daughter is a massive Harry fan she chose the t-shirt for Xmas but it was sent unpackaged in a brown postage bag. The tshirt quality is not good ultra thin. I could have done a better job.with a printer. Feel ripped off to be honest. £35???

I ordered two items from Harry Styles my girlfriend was previously purchased and was very happy so I decided to treat her I was speaking to the gentleman or the message and I just happened to mention she may like the orange one as well but I'd ordered two different colours and he actually sent me the orange one was a gift well an absolute pleasure to see somebody who will actually look after their customers I hope your business goes from strength to strength we will be ordering again
From A to Z, all bad!
Shipping took longer than announce (almost a month). Poor quality! I ordered a cap and it looked completely different to the once I’ve see before who were also from the online shop. Hard to find clear return policies, where you have to pay yourself for the shipping. And weeks of no answers, although the return was delivered I contacted customer service again and only then they ordered a refund, but also not even for my fully payed amount.
Overall a horrible experience. From shipping, to quality, ending in customer service and getting your money back.
If you want merch, try to find fan-made ones. Way better quality and way nicer people.

Can't give 0 stars unfortunately. Ordered a sweatshirt on 31st May and still waiting. Have emailed so many times, the few times I've had a response I've been told I will be notified once dispatched! Went on live chat and the guy was really cheeky and couldn't care less. Used to complaints I suppose. I've requested a full refund twice now and I'm getting no reply. This is a rip off company.
Customs duty problems
When the presale for Harry’s house happened, back in April, I ordered a 2 vinyl and 1 cassette set. Not to mention that i had to wait 2 MONTHS after the original release of the album to get the thing, I had to pay enormous amount of money for the customs duty, because the prices on the box of the item were not correct (they were bigger almost twice) and not in the currency that i bought in (i bought in euros, the prices were in pounds). After I contacted the support team numerous times they still couldn’t refund me the money that I overplayed to get my purchase out of customs. This was a horrible experience. I am very disappointed.

They were supposed to get more last week and when I contacted them again this week they said they'll get more next week. Contact them only via live chat (which is a very hidden feature that you probably won't find on your own) because you'll get either no response or a standard reply that doesn't answer anything.
I ordered single products from their site before and rarely had an issue, that's why I gave 3 stars.
What’s the point of pre ordering an…
What’s the point of pre ordering an item if you receive it days after the original release ? Makes no sense.
But I pre ordered a box set from them - nothing after TWO weeks. Says it’s been ‘shipped’ but I have no email confirming this, no tracking nothing. They don’t bother to answer my email about it so I send another.. which they answer days after sending to tell me my original request has been merged into my new request.. and that’s it ! Didn’t answer my question or anything. Rubbish company and I wouldn’t order from again.

Really disappointed with this vendor. Contact you in advance of Album Release as official vendor. You order album and then weeks after release date still not delivered. Not responding to emails and only voicemail.
