Scamming scumbags
Scamming scumbags. Advertising Zara clothing box for £6.99. At no point was shoptoyjoy mentioned at checkout. Needless to say, no box arrived! Charged me for some sort of membership £5.78 on 28.02.2025 then takes a further £35.55 on 03.03.2025x. The membership says it takes the same amount again every 2 weeks and changes it into credits that you use on their crappy website. Absolute scam- some company from Cyprus ripping good folk off 🤬

Thieves
Thieves. I went into a link for a major U.K store (M&S) to buy a small item for my neighbour who was having a rough time after losing his wife. At no point in the transaction was shop toy joy ever mentioned. I paid the fee to the supposed shop, checked my banking app only to find my money had been taken by shop toy joy. I Immediately transferred all of my savings out of my account, cancelled my card and took advice from my bank. Now shop toy joy are trying to get a second payment for some kind of premium subscription to them. Robbing, thieving, scum who misrepresent themselves under the good name of reputable companies. Would give this -100 if I could
