The oil is working. Not quickly but I can see a big difference

The product arrived on time which I did not expect based on its popularity and good reviews. I'm keeping fingers crossed it will do a great job as promised. Pun intended!

Since I started using the product I have seen changes on my face

I ordered some oil and the bottle was broken upon delivery, however the retailer reached out to my email and they were nice enough to send me another bottle at no charge. They also gifted me with a bar of soap. I cannot wait to use the oil and the soap, hoping for good results 🙏🏾

I paid for express delivery but the product was delivered two weeks later.

They didn’t respond to my follow up messages as well

I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent order placed on December 30th, 2024, which took over three weeks to be delivered.

Shortly after receiving my order, an unauthorised charge of £39.47 was deducted from my account, and I have yet to receive any product or explanation for this transaction. I have contacted the company regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received a response to my request for a refund.

I used it for a good two months before deciding to stop. While I appreciated some aspects, I found that it ultimately didn't meet my needs.

Very bad experience !

Despite being a monthly subscription customer I order the knuckle cream December and didn’t receive oh till date.
Customer service is terrible cause despite making an official complaint I never got a response or refund.

Honestly, product is amazing but beyond that, the service is 5 star! Incredibly attentive. I raised a query and it was resolved incredibly quickly. Been using their products for over a year and I DO NOT REGRET IT!

My order number: is 8271, I made an order on 27 November 2024 till now there has been no response to my messages, and I did not even get a response to when I am getting my order. I have paid R1282.00 for ACNE SET. I am so disappointed in them.

Don’t purchase their product if you intend to continue pursuing them for your own product.

In September, I purchased a body lotion from them and had to follow up with them to have my product shipped. When it arrived, the lotion was damaged, so I declined the delivery and requested a refund. Despite being promised a refund, I haven’t received it yet and am still waiting for it. Unfortunately, my messages to them have been ignored.

Shocking company. I waited over 2 weeks for my order to arrive, chased numerous times and got no response. I finally managed to get tracking info for my order and it was being held by royal mail due to the sender not paying enough postage! I then had to pay £3.50 for them to deliver it to me. I emailed again and did finally get a response from somebody named Selin who advised there had been an error, I shouldn't have to pay anything extra and can I send my bank details across for them to reimburse me. I did this straight away and have still not received a refund. Emailed again this morning but unfortunately not holding out much hope at getting a response. I would advise to avoid at all costs.

It’s more than two weeks I ordered for this product and I have not received my package!!

Sent me the wrong item a month ago and they have refused to either send me what I ordered or give me my money back… awful company and very typical

My skin looks so much better than it was and all my black spots have disappeared

3 weeks to get my goods and on top to receive them I have to pay the postage fees because the sender didn’t payed. Ashamed!!!…

The oil does not work my hands are still the same and the oil in the bottle was not full. Too expensive for nothing. 👎👎👎 disappointed 😢 🙁

I bought the dark knuckle oil and got a small free bar of soap and that soap did wonders on my skin. Iv now returned to buy more because I love it
