This company has followed through on what they promised to give. The molds were easy to take myself with the video directions. They also will save them for future night guards. I recommend this company to anyone who needs night guards for teeth grinding.

I do a lot of online ordering for different products and this has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They must have really broken systems because the amount of times I had to recommunicate information that I had already submitted through their ordering process was unbelievable. Their customer service seems like they have no clue what is going on. It took several months of back and forth just to get my order. There was no proactive communication and it took me reaching out 2-3 times to figure out where my order was and how long it was going to take to get any information. They are very slow in communicating responses and if you call you get an email response back. No sort of consistent tracking communication was provided. They confused multiple times which product I wanted when I placed the order through their system for a specific product. When I finally did get my product months and months later, it didn't fit and was clearly not a retainer and a night guard. I reached out about it and they told me it was a retainer and it is just a thicker one and the best way to keep teeth from moving. They also make you jump through multiple hoops just to keep the process moving forward which is incredibly inconvenient. I've had several retainers from orthodontists over the years and not one ever was like this. It is just like my night guard and clearly a night guard. Beware if you choose to order from them but I will not be giving them another opportunity after my experience. The only positive thing I will share is that they are working giving me a full refund after sending the product back.

A warning for anyone considering this product: you should be aware that their cancellation process is a nightmare. You are not in fact able to manage it via self-service, and will get into a back and forth email tag with different people on each message. First it was Shella, then it was Deo, now they aren’t even signing the email so who knows who I’m speaking to now. I never went through with sending in my impressions as I found another solution that didn’t take as long for the kit to arrive (and accepted that I’d eat the initial cost), and just wanted to cancel the subscription as I forgot about this and ended up getting charged for the next cycle….how are they going to send me a custom product when they don’t have my custom measurements to go off of? I’ve already had the payment of $96 go through on my card for the next cycle and now they want an additional $40 fee to cancel since they aren’t fulfilling it? Yet they also haven’t confirmed any refunds? All of this feels very shady, and I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY after dealing with their support teams.

Honestly, I found Remi online after my dentist said I needed a night guard for my teeth at night after grinding my way to two crowns in a month. I did not want to pay $600 at the office for one, so I decided to try Remi for $90. It took about 3 weeks to go from impressions to guard in my hand, which I thought was a very reasonable amount of time. The process was easy and thoroughly explained via pamphlet. My guards have been great, and reordering was a breeze when I needed one after wearing my other one out. Cost effective and easy!

Remi has been my go-to place for custom night guards. Traditional nightguards from dentists require out of pocket expense, and time for appointments, where ordering from Remi is much cheaper, easier and faster.

I requested a mouthguard to be made and they sent me the mold for making an impression. I followed the directions and sent the form in and they indicated the impression wasn't any good. They sent out another and I again followed their guideline along with the notes they added for me to get a better impression. Again, it was not satisfactory, so they sent a third set and I did a video call with one of their agents that walked me through the process. Again, I had no luck in generating a valid mold, so they refunded my money and I cancelled my subscription. Six months later, they sent another mold kit out and charged me another $100. I had to call and cancel the order and told them to cancel my subscription - it isn't working for me. Months later I get another charge for a kit that they are sending. I again had to cancel the order and tell them my subscription was supposed to be canceled. They apologized and said it was all taken care of. Guess what, I just got charged again and was informed a new kit is being sent to me. Just like most of the deplorable practices these companies use, there is no way to cancel your subscription online or remove your credit card information. You can only do that with a phone call. And then when they say it's all taken care of, they continue to bill you, thinking you won't notice the charge on your card. I believe this should be an illegal activity, and it is at least an unscupulous one. Under no circumstances ever sign up for a subscription with them. The only way to terminate it will be to cancel your charge card so they can no longer bill you.

I chose Remi for a new night guard because they seemed very reasonably priced and my current one was damaged. They were very patient with me in getting a good impression (it took me three tries!). I have been very pleased with both product and service. I have also used their whitening gel and cleaner with great results. I highly recommend Remi vs. going to a dentist for your mouth guards!

From the get-go they were amazing! They took the time and had me do my impressions twice because the first set I did was not the best. It is the absolute best getting a new set of nightguards every 6 months for a portion of the cost of going through my dentist.

Overall, I have been really satisfied with Remi! Their mouth guards are much more affordable than the ones my dentist wanted me to purchase, and if I wear them regularly they do help with my jaw and head pain from clenching my teeth.
I have had a couple of hiccups with my subscription times running weirdly or not notifying me before the order was placed, but they always refund me and adjust the order if I contact them quickly.
They have real people that answer the phone and emails and get changes processed quickly! I also loved that they walked through me to do the impressions because I was nervous to do it wrong, they made it easy to schedule a video call and have a team member walk me through it!

My experience with Remi is overall okay. I should be clear that they are paying me to write a review, but that is not keeping me from being honest.
My dentist told me I needed mouthguards, and I kept getting ads for Remi; the reviews I read were all great, so I decided to give them a try.
They shipped my order in three separate packages, it was difficult to get a hold of someone in customer service (but one I did, they were very helpful), and although communication was frequent after I placed my order, there was not a lot of clarity. It seems like they want to appear pleasant but they need better foundational clarity.

We bought several products and were happy with all except the retainers. The first set were not even usable. The second set fit but were uncomfortable especially compared with another brand we had used previously. But the worst was when we tried to stop our subscription. Remi said they canceled but didn't and I'm still getting emails after repeatedly asking them to stop. They won't leave us alone. Just received another email today... Don't start with them especially with a subscription.

I love the night guards from Remi. The process of doing the impressions and getting the night guards went pretty seamlessly the first time. When I went to re-order it was not quite as smooth, but the product is still amazing. Had I not made any changes, I don’t think it would’ve been a problem, but I wanted the thinner guards.The price is very reasonable as well. I would’ve given them five stars except that it took several emails and they still didn’t quite get my order right. They double charged my credit card, but were very quick to reverse one of the charges once I brought it to their attention. I think it’s just a small company experiencing growing pains.

Remi is an outstanding company. Their night guards have been life changing for me. Not only are they affordable, they are durable and so much more comfortable compared to the $1500 appliance for my teeth grinding from my dentist. I actually think they have assisted me in grinding my teeth less.
I love their Cordless Water Flosser and see excellent results and much less plaque build up between dental visits.
Most recently, they wowed me again by immediately refunding a transaction and halting the processing of a night guard order from my subscription renewal. My email to pause my subscription wasn’t received in time, but I still have a new night guard from my previous subscription renewal that I haven’t needed to use yet since their products are such high quality.
Very impressive company.
