Impossible to cancel service you should not give them any credit card information. I have been requesting to cancel service every 6 months when I'm billed again and again for the past 2 years. They continue to charge my credit card and require multiple emails back and forth with customer support to get the charge removed. They have continued to not cancel my service and there is no online option to cancel. I've had to resort to doing a charge back on my credit card once.

I bought mouthguards for my upper and lower mouth after wearing them for a while. I noticed when I woke up one day my mouth was sore This didn’t start up till about after a month and the pain was getting so bad on my left side of my jaw it was hurting my eardrum. I just got back from my dentist and she told me not to wear them again so I am going through my own dentist to get my mouthguard the mouthguard. I got the first time through my dentist worked great never had any pain

I chickened out the first time I thought about Remi but six months later, gave them a try. These mouth guards are wonderful. It costs me four or five times as much at my dentist and with my dentist I don’t get a new pair every six months. They are light and comfortable, I often forget I have it in until after my cup of coffee in the morning…..another reason it is nice to get a new pair every six months :) Give it a try, I haven’t had a downside yet.

Zero stars but I had to choose at least one to leave this review. I ordered their kit, never completed it, and then they keep billing me for new ones on subscription, it’s like $90 every time without warning. I TOLD them to stop the subscription and twice now they’ve promised it won’t happen again. This morning I woke up to another $90 missing. I need an attorney. Also I need gas money. This company is trash.

These mouth guards are specifically made for you the person wearing them. They are meticulous with how you make the impressions and then get the final mouth guards sent. Highly recommend the ultrasonic cleaner for the mouth guards as they do great to clean them after each time wearing them.

I bought a window camera from Remi (or so Thought) on the 1st of Dec 2025 they took the money the same day apt 49.00 I have not seen or-heard from them so here we are nearly in Jan 2026 and still no camera I will never never buy from social media again take note META

They were very quick to take my money and send the impression kit. But after that communication completely stopped for a month. And then was suddenly told production is backed up and they don’t know when my order will be completed. Continuing no communication, I reached out again for an update and was told until after the holidays I would be updated. I never received my order and canceled for a refund. Not recommended at all smileins is significantly better.
Update:
Their response says to reach out and mention “Jan”, so they can remedy the situation. Shocker, I still have not received a reply and I’m not expecting one, worst customer service.

I've held off on writing this review in hopes that they pull through, but I've now been in a battle with them for two months. Their customer service is truly the worst and they advertise themselves as being great. I ordered a nightguard to protect my teeth from clenching and grinding. Instead, I got a very flimsy retainer. I showed it to my dentist who confirmed that was not a nightguard and that would do nothing to protect my teeth from damage. I contacted Remi to get an actual nightguard and they made me communicate with multiple people, send photos, videos (humiliating), and so much more and continued to delay agreeing to send me a new one. Once they finally agreed (about six weeks later), it turns out they are out of stock of the material needed for my nightguard. I contact them weekly and they say they are out of stock. Also I first ordered the nightguard in September and didn't get (my order- their flimsy retainer) until the end of October and here we are approaching the end of December and nothing. So incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

After the initial order I paid for, I decided not to go through with the subscription but they didn’t cancel it as I instructed them to. They “paused” it which resulted in further unauthorized charges to my credit card on a future order I didn’t place. It’s a ridiculous business model for this type of product. I never sent back the initial impressions so why they decided my account is still active after I told them to cancel it is beyond me. Terrible customer service, do not work with this company.

My dentist recommended a night guard and fit me for one that was expensive and uncomfortable. Luckily, I discovered Remi and have ordered several of their excellent night guards over the last several years. I get the 1 mm uppers, which works fine for my needs. The impression kit was easy to use and service is prompt and responsive. Highly recommended.

So I was looking for an alternative for my teen son to save some money. Big big mistake!!
Somehow I end up signing up for a reoccurring charge and giving my credit card information to them. Shortly after we had many health related issues came up in our family. We lost a few relatives and we were in a dark time. Needless to say, I was not watching my credit card as I should have been and just paying it. Remi made matters worse and charging us for a service that we had not received ? We were charged $96.79 four times? Once in October 2024 and 3 times in April 2025 and we did not receive any products from this company? There was not any way to close your account or remove your credit card on the web site. After contacting customer service several times we were finally issued a refund for two charges totaling $193.58 for April since they charged us three times? The balance that I was aware of $193.58 was lost as there was nothing they could do?
Very scammer like feeling to this company. This is by design to hay jack people information and take there money.. The funniest part is shortly after my credit card expired and they would remind me very often via email and text to update my credit card information or risk not receiving future products. They never sent me anything to begin with. I would love to see companies like this exposed and investigated.
Thanks Remi for causing more sadness and pain in my life.

I’m a heavy teeth grinder and have gone through more night guards than I’d like to admit. Remi has been a great experience from start to finish. Their prices are very reasonable, especially compared to what dentists charge, and the quality has held up well for serious grinding.
What really stood out to me was the guard creation process. The approvals before they send your guard into production are clear, efficient, and genuinely helpful — it made me feel confident everything was right before moving forward.
On top of that, their customer service is excellent. Responsive, friendly, and easy to work with, which honestly makes a big difference with something you use every single night.
If you grind your teeth hard and want a solid guard without the dental-office price tag, I’d definitely recommend Remi.

I've been ordering from Remi for the past 2 years. The first night guard kit wasn't done properly so they had to ship me another one. For the second kit, they scheduled a zoom call so that the molds were done correctly this time. I wish the night guards came in thicker sizing so that they would last longer.

I have now been ordering Remi night guards for almost 2 years, and I am very satisfied. The customer service is very good for both quick questions via email about the products, and when you need someone to walk you through how to get the best/most accurate impression for your night guard via video call. Any time I’ve had any issue with the timing of an order or one time that the night guard I received was too thin, the company was quick to fix it.
On top of the great service, the quality of the night guards is top notch- especially for the price! The ones at the dentist’s office are incredibly expensive, but these ones are a perfect, affordable option that actually work. I had tried cheaper versions in the past where you boil and mold them at home and those were definitely not for me. The Remi night guards are thick enough to prevent further damaging your teeth, but thin enough that you aren’t affected by something in your mouth when trying to fall asleep. Truly, I had been dealing with receding gums and tooth sensitivity for YEARS, and then once I started using these night guards the sensitivity went away and my gums have maintained. 110% recommend!

I’ve been ordering night guards from Remi for a few years and I’m very happy with them. I have the subscription service and I love getting fresh night guards every 6 months. They cost a fraction of the price of a night guard from the dentist and they’re comfortable and easy to clean. I will continue ordering from them for the foreseeable future!

Great service! I haven't had any issues with fit. I grind my teeth hard at night so I do wear through even the thickest retainer in 6 months time. It's also nice to get a fresh retainer every 6 months, regardless of if you wear through it or not. I can't believe I used to use the same yellowed and warped retainer from my orthodontist for years - yuck!
