DO NOT ORDER, Issa scam sus!

If “Fake it til you make it was a company” THIS would be it! Customer service is a joke and whoever runs the page is an unprofessional sassy pants. Stop wasting people’s time with BS service and no product. I wouldn’t care if I only paid 20$ for my item, I expect to receive it or AT LEAST be notified if there’s a delay via my tracking. I literally got a tracking number 08/17 and there has not been a single update on my package. According to the post office it wasn’t even dropped off to them which means this trifling boutique has it still in their possession. I try supporting smaller businesses but experiences like this make me regret it. Over two weeks and NO UPDATE on my package, when I reach out for clarity I get an attitude AND they delete negative questions/comments on social media. At this point I don’t even want the dress anymore, NO STARS, would not recommend!

As we attempted to explain to you via email, USPS misplaced the order. Furthermore, we have filed a claim with USPS and you were already refunded. We do understand your frustration, unfortunately, packages may be lost in translation. However, we are not a scam, and have thousands of customer tags to prove otherwise. We would not single out your order to scam you. Mistakes can happen, either on our side, or the post office, we did act swiftly to resolve your issue. Unfortunately, because of internet schemes, when an issue occurs with a small business, people tend to prematurely claim it is a scam. But we remained in contact with you once you confirmed your order was delayed, and refunded you when you requested. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Great Experience

I ordered the Naomi satin dress from Shop Pink Plastic. The item was exactly as pictured and was delivered quickly without delay.

It felt chancy ordering from a site for the first time and seeing some of the reviews on here but their tagged pictures on IG won me over. Will be shopping with them again.

Love this brand

Love this brand!

Placed an order for my birthday trip on July 2 and got my package 2 days early! All of my items fit and im so pleased, especially for the price point. Wanted to check their instagram to see the tagged photos + customer reviews and i felt much better about my choice. Will def be shopping here again

NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS...BUYER BEWARE

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed an order and paid $23 extra for rush delivery on February 4, 2021 hoping to get the package to wear for my birthday on Feb 27th. Not only did I NOT get the package on my birthday but I did not receive the package at all. It is now July 22nd and neither pink plastic nor USPS can tell me where my items are. I filed a claim with USPS 3 times over the course of 5 months and nothing... After many emails back and forth the company was not helpful at all and blamed the pandemic. Instead of investigating their business with USPS and figuring out why so many people are having the same issues, they take to criticizing the customers making the reviews. Ridiculous. Never shopping here again. Buyer beware

UPDATE: After writing this review the company contacted me via email the same day. I sent over my claim numbers from USPS and it appears my package was lost. I have been issued a refund to which I appreciate.

However before writing this review I do believe customer service was lacking as it pertains to the incident. From the many emails I sent back and forth I did not feel like my concerns were being heard or tended to. Mistakes happen packages get lost but its the way the company handles it that makes the difference. When communicating with this company I did not feel like my concerns and inconveniences were validated. Before writing this review I was told they had no insight into the matter and to contact USPS. To me, that meant there was nothing they could do which is why I never replied back after April. I have never had an experience like this. With other clothing companies I have purchased from, if there was an issue with shipping they are relentless in making sure everything is figured out. I feel pink plastic could have been more proactive in helping resolve the situation when I first brought it to their attention via email. Nonetheless, pink plastic does sell beautiful items and I am appreciative of the fact that I have received a refund.

We do understand something may have went wrong with your last order while in the possession of the postal service. After checking your tracking number on the USPS website it states "Processing Exception, Regional Weather Delay." This is a clear indicate that USPS has lost the package, which has become more common during the pandemic. When you contacted us regarding this matter, we told you to file a claim with USPS (as stated in our policy), you never replied. We had no idea you filed 3 claims with USPS, you never sent us a claim number, or updated us with their investigation. Our last email was in April, it is now July, we assumed they located your package since we never received a response from you. We do apologize for the miscommunication, however, we would be more than happy to resolve this issue. Customer service should be with you shortly regarding this matter.

Bought three items all the same size

Bought three items all the same size, but had to wait on one to be shipped separately. The one that I received last didn’t fit at all although it is labeled a L. The other two were a perfect fit and the company is quick to respond to emails.

I agree with the last two reviews

I agree with the last two reviews, unfortunately, people are so quick to destroy a small business. But when things go right, we don’t submit reviews like we should. This company has been in business for years, and have very few negative reviews, but ALOT of customer tags. I had a great shopping experience with them and will continue to order. I will also continue to give grace to small businesses, especially during the pandemic. Keep going ladies.

The reviews below are lies

The reviews below are lies, probably competition. I’ve shopped with this company for YEARS. You can even see their customer tags, they are not a scam at all. One time Fashion Nova did not get my vacay order in time. I emailed Pink Plastic last minute, they had a new order sent to my Hotel the next day.

This site is a scam!

This site is a scam!! I placed an order and two weeks passed and I still hadn’t received my order, or received any correspondence from the company regarding my order. I reached out to the company to see what was the status of my order. They sent me back a bs email stating that they attempted to send my item but my address was incorrect and to check my address. I looked back at my order again to verify my address. My address was correct and I Always receive ALL my packages with NO ISSUES ever. Plus, if my address was an issue, why wasn’t I notified? Why did I have to reach out to you to turn around and get that BS reply? I will be disputing this charge ASAP, stay far away from this company!!

Beware...this site is trash

Omg! Buyers beware! So this is one of those IG sites who has a pretty good quality of pics and website, so I took a chance and purchased. The whole ordeal was complete trash! First, I ordered a medium and they sent me a size small. So, I had to send it back at my expense-- wasnt even my mistake. Ok...fine. Then they claimed that they didnt grt my package in enough time, so they werent going to he able to help me. But, I had my USPS tracking receipt. They received my package (of course they did. Their P.O. box is located in my own city) the next day, after confirming. So after a whole bunch of back and forth on IG, they sent a new replacement and this time, the item had holes in it! They claim it was from shipping and was trying to not give me a refund. I contacted my bank. I will never order from them again!
