Pink Plastic never disappoints
Pink Plastic has been PERFECT to me. From the quality, the shipping, and occasional sale. I have ordered from them at least 4 times now and never had an issue. Their basic shipping is reallyy fast. This is my go to brand for something quick and stylish. I recommend to everyone.

SCAM! Did not honor shipping policy!
I ordered multiple items on Feb. 26th. It is now March. 12th and I have received NO tracking numbers, NO emails, NO packages. Absolutely nothing. The shipping policy says "Orders with standard shipping are processed within 2-5 business days (M-F). After processing, your order ships and should arrive in 3-4 business days, barring any carrier delays." If you do the math, it should've arrived by now. Spent hundreds of dollars! Very disappointed.
***Update***- Pink Plastic responded-- they did not email me back. This is a BOLD FACED LIE. They also did not submit a screenshot of the email because it didn't happen. Additionally, none of the items I ordered were pre-sale. I made SURE to NOT order any presale items. Extremely disappointed one of my favorite online boutiques which I have shopped at before is now falling off. Pink Plastic is not only not honoring their shipping policy but LYING about emailing me back. Extremely dissatisfied!!! Mind you, I still do NOT have a tracking number.

Update: finally got in contact via email. STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER. The fur vest was not a pre-order when I bought it but you guys recently sold out & then put on the website the next shipment would ship March 15th. This is dishonest on your part. Even if it was pre-order, the rest of my items still haven’t been shipped. I have no proof the $300 worth of items have been shipped. They were not pre-order and should’ve been shipped according to standard shipping policy. Standard shipping policy states it should’ve been delivered by the 10th. Oh, also, one item didn’t pass standards and they’re just now telling me about this! LOL. A whopping 2 weeks later. I’m just so saddened by the extreme unprofessionalism. I would love to buy from them again but now I just cannot give them my business and trust my items will get here in a timely manner.
They said they would refund. No documentation or proof of a refund has been sent to my email. Nor did they acknowledge they did not send a tracking number, it isn’t on Shop App either and tracking is always available on Shop. They also took my money for the Honey set and didn’t give me back my refund either. I just found out it was unavailable yesterday. Still waiting on refund update <3

Preorder items are made-to-order and ship based on the date listed in the product description — which in this case is March 15th.
We also want to note that this is your third order with us, so we’re surprised by the scam allegation. We’ve worked hard to maintain a trustworthy and consistent experience for our Pink Plastic Babez — and we’d hope that your continued support reflects that.
You reached out to us for the first time today, and we responded within the hour, including a screenshot to remind you that the items were preorder. In addition, your order has shipped, and we even sent out the in-stock items ahead of time at no extra cost, as a courtesy — something we typically only do upon request.
We’re a small, woman-owned business that values each and every customer, and we take reviews and feedback seriously. If there’s anything else we can do to help or clarify, we’re happy to chat further.
FINAL UPDATE:
We don’t usually respond to reviews in this way, but in this case, we feel it’s important to clarify the truth.
At no point did we block or ignore you on Instagram. You later admitted via email that you had accidentally marked our messages as spam — yet instead of correcting your review on Trustpilot, you continued to accuse us of being unresponsive. For clarity, we responded to your message within two hours (9:41AM PST), and our reply simply landed in your spam folder.
In regard to your order:
The Roxy Crop Jacket was clearly marked as a preorder item a full week before you placed your order. We sent you proof, including product photos and confirmation of the preorder listing, which you chose to ignore.
As for the Honey Set, it unfortunately did not pass our internal quality inspection, and we issued you a full refund for that item proactively — before any complaint was made. We take quality control seriously and do not ship out pieces that don’t meet our standards.
It’s disappointing that you’re now making inaccurate claims because we chose to issue a refund and decline to continue serving you as a customer. Your review initially called us liars based on emails you later admitted went to spam — yet you still haven’t corrected those accusations.
Additionally, your partial order shipped two days before your review was posted, and tracking information was sent at that time — again, likely received in your spam folder. You gave us just two hours to respond and demanded the item arrive within two business days, which is not in line with our clearly stated policies.
You’ve ordered from us multiple times without issue. Had this situation been approached with mutual respect and patience, we likely would’ve offered next-day shipping as a courtesy. However, the repeated defamatory remarks left us no choice but to cancel, retract the shipment, and refund your order entirely.
We’re proud to serve a loyal and supportive community that values integrity, transparency, and mutual respect — especially toward small, women-owned businesses.
