I ordered one bottle of all-purpose cleaner, plus what I thought was 4 extra packages of the concentrate to mix the cleaner. From the pictures on the order page (NO text), the cleaner was a little package of concentrate, put water in a bottle, put in the concentrate, and you have cleaner. When I received my purchase order (which came from With Reach, not shopperoc), I was being billed for 4 bottles of cleaner, and the item that I thought was refills was actually "extended warranties". What should have been a $20.98 purchase + shipping was a $92.87 because they claimed I had ordered 4 of each item. I only wanted one bottle to try it, and would never have ordered an extended warranty for a bottle of cleaner!!! Tried to contact them, took two days to find an e-mail for them, they said it was too late as the product had already shipped. I have no product, no shipping date, no tracking number, and they have quit answering my e-mails!!!
Update Dec. 11, 2024: Their customer support did answer my e-mail after my posting here, however, they refused to give me a return address until I actually received the product which took until Nov. 8th after the post office had closed. Then I had to again request a shipping address from them. So I was unable to mail it back until Nov. 12th. They received it on Nov. 18th. As they had said it would take up to 14 business days to receive my refund, I waited until Dec. 9th to send another e-mail asking for my refund. After the usual run-around of "that ticket is closed request a new one" e-mails, I was finally told that I should have received my refund as soon as they received my returned package, so I had to send them the tracking number AGAIN so that they could verify they had received it. That was 2 days ago. Today they did issue my refund (in full) to PayPal. (According to their e-mail, if I had paid with a credit card it would take about 5 days). So I am glad to get my refund, but it took way longer than it should, and I had to send way too many e-mails to receive it. I will never purchase from them again.

Used Paypal to pay, money taken immediately. On return to website to complete transaction there was no trace of purchase and I have received no updates regarding order, packing, tracking that you get from an online company.

Contacted them twice through paypal and been ignored. A third contact stating I'd made a refund claim got a response.

Company split the order into 3 with one item being the "English thank you" priced at £0.00. This zero figure blocks being able to trigger a refund though paypal. The company sneakily left the PayPal transaction status as "pre-approved debit". Logged a complaint with paypal. Since dealing with this company I have received 3 disappearing messages stating there's an update but the link requires your paypal password and received parcel delivery texts wanting login information. Went in via a secure route to find no updates. Whole scenario just screams scam. PayPal refunded the transaction but the Shopperoc took the money again from the credit card using PayPal as an ID but PayPal have no trace of this at all. All in all very unsettling to deal with.

I'll never use this company again and will also be closing my PayPal account too as their systems appear to have been abused and breached in a few ways.

On finally getting a reply from Shopperoc they went from "your order is fine and cannot be cancelled or refunded" to "we cant find your order" and when I pointed out they found it no bother when I wanted to cancel they then replied with the order details!

The item has now arrived, still with no updates from Shopperoc so as long as the refund appears as stated by PayPal and they don't take more funds it will be OK as they've taken the money twice already.

Still very unhappy about this company and the way they do online business.

An order was put on my PayPal account I did not make the order it was a scam. PayPal got me a full refund but after I got the refund a parcel arrived from the same company. I contacted them, and they said to send the parcel back with a photo of the tracking ticket and a ticket for the cost. But no matter how much I tried I could not get the delivery cost back. I know if you order an item and you send it back you pay the cost but, I did not make the order in the first place. And after two weeks I still can't get my delivery cost back even though I did not make the order. So, what is the point, if the company is not listening?

This Shopperoc company rippted me off $73.77. I just wonted to see how much this multipurpose cleaner cost and they charged me thru PayPal $73.77 . I called them several times to cancel this order. i dont bay expensive cleaning stuff. They still dont want to send me my many. Very bad experience

Ordered one antenner at £39.99 received immediate
response with confirmation of order for £130.00 plus. Canceld immediately after confirmation from PlayPal
and warning from Halifax about possible scam. Emailed Shopperoc immediately cancelling the order.NOW WAITING THEIR RESPONCE. TREAT WITH CARE AFTER SEEING OTHER CUSTOMER COMMENTS

I tried to order 1 item and ended up being billed for 2 extras one for 49.80 and one for 51.89 pounds. Have sent numerous emails trying to cancel these items before the money was taken from pending without success.
The money has now gone from my account and I am still.unable to get hold of anyone please help

THEY HAVE STOLEN $30.84 OUT OF MY BANK TODAY! WHO THE HELL ARE THEY? I HAVE NO CLUE! SCAMMING DECEITFUL CREEPS. GO TO YOUR BANKS AND REVERSE CHARGES AND WE CAN PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. Called immediately to explain the discrepancy and was told that they would call back in al hour. The next day they claimed it was too late to cancel however I could receive a refund upon returning the item. A bunch of different numbers and no one to talk to make a return.

Don't know who they are, but they charged PayPal. Never heard of them. No email confirmations other than PayPal.

Purchased an antenna on Sept 5, 2024. Never received any confirmation or tracking for item. Email sent 9/23 with no response. Called support 9/26 and was on hold for 14 minutes, hearing loop, waiting for a representative then a final message all representatives busy send an email. The call was disconnected. Do not buy from this company, only received headache.

Do not buy anything from this scam artist, what they are selling is junk, this antenna they sell, does NOT do what they claim, it can just about pick up a free to air channel or two, but it does NOT do as claimed, it does not pick up sports or movie channels, be very very careful going near this website, even changing pages could have you buying not the one you might buy accidentally, you will be conned into buying three, possibly four items, and insurance whether you like it or not, then paypal used to complete the sale, and paypal will simply throw you to the wolves and force you into paying this bill, I got conned by this company, paypal cheated me, and, if you do buy and realise you want to return the goods, forget it, you are stuck with it, there is no return address, and the phone line simply leaves you hanging on for about 20 minutes, then you get cut off, STAY CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE!!, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I bought the indoor antenna and it's a piece of junk. Doesn't get but a few local over the air channels. Doesn't get cable shows just channels 13,10,8,44,28,3. That's 6 channels far below what it says it does. My husband told me don't buy it because we already have a strong antenna on the roof. I thought this would get us more so we could cancel out cable.

To order, pay, and receive an item it takes 3 separate companies and a truck load of frustration to contact you. NO CONTACT WAS EVER MADE! Ordering one small TV antenna led me through a maze of other items before completing the order. In my case just a mm move of my finger had me ordering 4 headphones and one other item not wanted. ALST TO ANYONE ORDERING BE VERY CAREFUL OF YOUR FINGER. I FOR ONE WILL NOT USE ‘SHOPPEROC’ again.

I looked at a product on this company's site; and somehow they found Paypal in my computer and sent me two hundred bucks worth of useless stuff. WORSE, I have to think that Paypal is in on the scam.

Ordered a pair of adjustable glasses that are for people who are near-sighted. The website was a click from a website, I think YouTube. Surprise they or any other websites didn't do research about companies they promote on their platforms so I am very disappointed on YT as well! Anyways, spent $69 dollars and received them today; what a rip off! Flimsy material and I could not believe how cheap they are, they look like Dollar Tree glasses! Already emailed them for a resolution and refund but also told them I will report them to the BBB!
