I ordered the bike on the internet and…
I ordered the bike on the internet and received it within two weeks (I live in Germany).
One component got damaged during the transport. I informed the company and got the spare part after two days. Very good customer service.
The bike is very beautiful and I'll certainly recommend the company to other people.

First class service following a problem of my own making,Frederica could not have been more helpful. A company should be judged by how it resolves problems for its customers and Canellini met this challenge full on. I would fully recommend them to any prospective buyer knowing they have customer service front and centre in all they do. The bicycles are a dream also !!! Thank you/ Grazie !!!
